My order was changed last minute from a full service location to this one at an Ace Hardware. They were not open and the lock box was frozen shut. I spent an hour trying to get it open while on the phone with U-Haul. When returning there was no drop off box either. Overall I will only rent trucks at full service locations moving forward as this was a terrible experience today
