Two items for feedback: (1) the change of location for pick up was inconvenient, though the discount was fair (2) air conditioning in the van did not work

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey charged me for gas even though I returned it with the exact same amount I left with.
Mark JThey did not have 12 moving pads I ordered. Also, the truck only had a quarter tank of gas. And they could not credit my account for the moving pads I had already paid for.
Paul FTruck was late. I was told after reservation time. Dolly I paid for and needed was not in truck. I was told I’d get a $50 discount. No idea if I did.
Erik EReserving, picking up, and returning the truck was easy. Since U-Haul is one service offered by this ACE Hardware store, you may have to wait at the counter while ACE Hardware customers are being served. This isn't terrible. I prefer the option of talking to staff about the rental in person to the digital-only option for rentals. So, I'm very happy that there are staff available.
