DOUGLAS SCoordinate sing in, for example. When checking in the uhaul website offered me additional coverage for roadside assistance (I had already accepted the $28/day package for insurance. This was an additional $5, the dealer had no idea what it was and could not explain it. Also, its like "really??" talk about nickel and diming you. Not cool

CHRISTOPHER OMy reservation was for this Ace hardware and was told they did not have the truck I needed for a one-way trip. They gave me a phone number to call. Called, your representative she gave me an other number to call this time no one answered was on hold for 15 minutes. It was very poorly handled. Ended up paying for a round trip instead of a one way trip. No apology no discount no nothing. Did receive a phone call the day before to confirm my reservation for this location. I'll won't be using them again. To many excuses and lack of concern for there costumer. They may be a good hardware store not for renting a u-haul.Be careful.

MaryAnn LTook me 25 mins to have keys in hand because the manager is the only one that can retrieve keys. He could not find them for over 10 mins. Windshield wipers need to be changed, this was a safety hazard.
HOLLY BReview inside the cab as well as the bed of each vehicle with the customer prior to them driving away so cleaning charges are understood.
PETER MI was at Ace when it opened and the process to obtain the keys, blankets was quick. The gentleman at Ace who helped me was efficient, answered my questions and was very nice. All around a great experience and I would recommend using this location.

Jordon SThe truck was old and never should have been allowed to be taken on a long journey. For over 400 miles we had to drive with the windows down due to exhaust fumes coming in the cab. Finally it totally broke down and had to be towed.

MICHAEL LI would have given this an above average rating, but There were a number of additional fees I was not made aware of ( they may have been in the fine print, But nobody reads that,). Your person should go over those when checking someone in. These included a late drop off fee,l and a fee to use the dolly, no one likes getting dinged with extra fees they didn’t know about.

John ZVery un professional to have customers make reservations for particular pickup and drop off locations week's in advance to then have the day before and the day of to be told your locations can not occomodate you and them change locations places miles away and not convenient.
Jason FAll the rental procedures were right in the necessities and time.
Jose FWe drove a total of 7 miles this trip. That is maybe a gallon of gas. When my husband went to do the right thing and fill up the tank, he paid for 4 gallons of gas. This means that the past few people who used the truck did not bother to fill up the tank. We were then left will the bill. Disappointed we did not get reimbursed for this, as the odometer clearly stated we only drove 7 miles, which does not take 4 gallons of gas.

DAVID EI was quite surprised-after renting from U-Haul several times in the past-the advertised/rental rate quoted, turned out to be 3 times more than anticipated. Other than that, the vehicle was in good shape for our use.

Jennifer SPlease stick to the contract and only charge/place a hold on my card ONE TIME! The hold is already more expensive than the service provided, no need to charge multiple holds and tie up hard working people’s money that you are not entitled to!

GLADYS OWe had to wait 30 minutes after our pickup time because the truck had not been checked in. The ACE employee was very good but it was a frustrating experience to wait so long.
Lori JI was charged 15.00 for fuel and I drove 12 miles? 3 gallons of gas to go 12 miles does not seem correct, the mpg for one of these trucks should be a bit better than that?
Sarah WI was given the wrong keys to a different truck. According to my contract the miles never changed on paper. I returned the truck I was given with a full tank but as the truck on paper indicated I had not filled it. Horrible service from the ace s Location.

Nathan GDo away with the self checkout inspection. Pictures shown were not the same truck and app was not operating properly.
Kenneth EMake sure to charge or set proper expectations. Was charged for another whole day worth of truck & never got a call from local franchisee. Got a email from corporate however was some use not ideal.
Efrain HAir conditioning was broken. Have Tank. Fuel. Need a little TLC.
Stephen SI did scheduled a box truck ahead of time to pick up at 8:00 in the morning, ace hardware didn’t have a person available to checking me out to leave on time, was there waiting for 45 minutes no one came to help me out.
Rafael OMy appliance dolly was not in the truck when I went to pick it up and it took 30 minutes for the employees of Ace hardware to locate my file to verify the rental and then actually get me the dolly.
