I ordered the truck late in the day. I had requested moving blankets dolly and furniture dolly. Nothing was in the tuck and I piked up before the store opened but I was still charged for these item I didn’t get. Shouldn’t they have been locked in the back of the truck ?

Nothing needed for improvement. Ed was excellent handling my reservation even though I had to change it a few times as I needed the truck for a commercial job and it was postponed due to weather. Checkout was easy, returning the vehicle was easy. Thank you!
Shawn GI also rented a utility dolly for $7 that was not in the back of the van when I arrived. Luckily the van parked next to my rental had one inside so I grabbed that one. It happened to be raining that morning on moving day. I had a really hard time seeing out the he van needed a new pair of wiper blades and it happened to be raining that morning. Luckily, I only had a 10 mile drive.
