Make sure to charge or set proper expectations. Was charged for another whole day worth of truck & never got a call from local franchisee. Got a email from corporate however was some use not ideal.

Stephen S.I did scheduled a box truck ahead of time to pick up at 8:00 in the morning, ace hardware didn't have a person available to checking me out to leave on time, was there waiting for 45 minutes no one came to help me out.
