Everything was perfect!
Brita LNothing really,The vehicle was ready and in good condition. The store that rented the truck (Ace Hardware) was conveniently located, in a great neighborhood, and the store clerks were polite professional and helpful.
Ralph JLots of parking in the lot. One of the other personnel offered to move the vehicle to the back where they prefer you to drop it off. Was in and out / checked out in less than 10 minutes.
JOSEPH AUhaul itself was extremely dirty inside and had broken Christmas ornaments all throughout the inside loading area. Unfortunately this has been the dirtiest truck I’ve ever rented from Uhaul. Overall that made my experience extremely low.
ALMA SStop renting that vehicle I drove. The rear view mirror (driver side) was loose first, then tightened, then loose again once I went over a bump, then the door almost came loose on the freeway. Lotsa issues with the vehicle, none with the staff nor location

Kristi OWhile everyone at this pickup location was very friendly, they were incredibly underprepared and ill-trained for working with U-Haul. When I first walked in to pick up my vehicle, They told me they did not do that service here. I told them there's literally a sticker on their building front door that says U-Haul pickup here. They then had to call another co-worker who was not even working and he was able to help me kind of. The person who helped me over the phone allowed me to get the vehicle but we were not able to correctly perform the check-in or check out process at all. When I returned the vehicle, the worker accidentally reversed the reservation and there was no way for me to get a confirmation of my drop off until way later. Just like the beginning says everyone was incredibly friendly but no one knows how to do this service. I have already told everyone I know to never pick up from this location because they just have no idea what they're doing. Also, and this is the critique of U-Haul and not of this location, I reserved my U-Haul with moving blankets 3 weeks prior to my move. The day I pick up the car, the moment I pick up the car actually, I am told there are no moving blankets inside. Also, the lock on the outside back of the U-Haul was broken so there's no way to secure my belongings at all. Absolute disgrace on every single front. My reservation was not known, was not checked out or checked in properly, was not communicated properly, was not stocked properly, And there were broken pieces on my U-Haul that made security an issue. 100% I will never pick up from this location again even though this location is very conveniently located.
DYLAN HTruck maintenance was ok. It was decently clean, a bunch of dirty leftover moving blankets though. Steering wheel was a little crooked and out of alignment, would pull side to side pretty easily on the highway. Felt a little unsafe.

GEORGE DI had scheduled a pick up at a different location. A couple of days prior, I received a text stating that my pick up location had changed and someone would be calling. Never received a call. I went to the new location for pick up, I was told that the truck was sent to my drop off location. The manager there was really helpful and was able to get me another truck so I didn't have to go to the drop off location to get the truck.
Andy dCheck engine light was on the truck we rented when we first got in it. We were told to disregard it, that it would be fine to drive. Made me uncomfortable driving it with the check engine light on.
HALEY MThe process to pickup wasn't very streamlined. The Ace employees had to call their manager/owner to send me info to complete the pickup process. They also said that U-Haul doesn't give them a lot of detail on handling rentals so I think there needs to be some more info-sharing with U-Haul partners.

Brandon REverything was fine, just kind of sketchy parking in a dark alley behind the store where the key drop was - this info would be helpful to know about the location in the mobile check-in process. Personelle was not available since we dropped the truck up at 10 pm.

Janis PU-Haul rentals not their primary business, and greeting employees acted like it would be cumbersome for them to get my rental ready. Also they didn’t have the pads I reserved and we had to go to separate location 10 miles away to obtain them.
