Truck was completely empty with gas and dirty with left over boxes in the back. However, it’s a good place to rent from and would still rent from them.

LUIS BThe Ace Hardware and people working there were great but the overall U-Haul experience was abysmal. My initial call was to a convenient location in clairemont which was pushed to a location off murphy canyon road and that location didnt have the reserved truck so I was sent to another location yet further away. I'm glad the people at Ace were so helpful but spending an hour and a half to finally get the reserved truck was unprofessional.
