Charged incorrectly I was charged for 53 miles instead of 8 miles and they charge me for someone that previously broke the mirror and I’ve not received a refund yet or no one called me about anything so now I’m am disputing the Charge

Nothing directly against this location but I Would have preferred to pick up at my requested location which was a main U-Haul location. The truck did not have windshield washer fluid and the passenger side wiper blade was damaged. I never received a call prior to my pickup date and when I arrived at U-Haul moving and storage promptly at opening 7am at 5871 Copley Drive in San Diego they told me my reservation was at a liquor store Keg and Bottle and they didn’t open until 9am. Because I had movers scheduled at 8am, the great lady at Copley Drive was able to find a truck at the Ace Hardware in Tierrasanta and they opened at 7:30am. Ace hardware didn’t have the Dolly’s and moving blankets I requested in stock so I had to go back to Copley Drive location. Overall a stressful experience but it worked out and I was able to get the truck home to our waiting movers by 8:30am.

Aaron LSomeone siphoned off the gas from the gas tank from our truck. The issue magnified when another part snapped and the gas completely started leaking straight down below right before return. Trucks should be inspected before given to the customer. It was weird the gas level didn’t match the paperwork. How are we supposed to check if there is an issue with the gas tank? We are only told to check the outside and inside conditions. I am not a mechanic. We spent $70 on gas and basically lost it all.
