The worst drop off location ever. I returned the truck and then they called me a few days later saying my lock was left on the truck. It wasn't my lock that was left on the truck and I drove all the way there to confirm it (waited 10+ minutes as they had rented the same truck to someone else WITH the mystery lock on it). Then they called me the next day and said I was going to be charged $100 for the lock??? Absolute terrible experience and would never ever ever recommend that drop off location or store. What a headache.....!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDid not have dollies. Did not let me do a one way move. Forced me to return the truck to them. Complained that I returned the truck 30 minutes before closing time...
Samantha PRent the truck with a full tank of gas.
Peter SThe was a young gentleman there that helped me out. I forgot his name, but he was very helpful. Thank you all so much.
Rochelle MDrop off location was changed during the day of drop off despite confirming the drop-off location upon pickup. The drop off representative was friendly, provided clear instructions, and was helpful thru the drop-off process.
