Truck was completely empty with gas and dirty with left over boxes in the back. However, it’s a good place to rent from and would still rent from them.

It would been helpful to know if there was an option for higher milage the expected, my invoice came out to be double then what I estimate, because y was not mindful of the mileage.

LUIS BThe Ace Hardware and people working there were great but the overall U-Haul experience was abysmal. My initial call was to a convenient location in clairemont which was pushed to a location off murphy canyon road and that location didnt have the reserved truck so I was sent to another location yet further away. I'm glad the people at Ace were so helpful but spending an hour and a half to finally get the reserved truck was unprofessional.
