Excellent service. Friendly and welcoming, I was in and out in about 10 to 15 min and on my way. Very refreshing to see businesses treating customers the way it should be. Ace is a little out of my way for my daily drive but I will probably be shopping at the store a little more often now

ODESSA RThere was something wrong with the tires or balance of the trailer. There was a lot of shaking when it was empty. We notified the staff and they said they would look at it.

DEANNA CThe cab was filthy and the windshield on the inside was covered in a hazy film. I have rented several trucks from here in the past and this is the first time I have encountered this.
LARRY RIt was a great rental of the 26 ft truck. Ace Hardware was easy to work with and accomodating. The only downside to the truck is the small amount of space in the cab. The center seat can fold down so we put a small cooler with drinks. Being a winter rental, we needed coats and there was nowhere to stuff them while driving. Other that the lack of room in the cab, it is a great truck.

LARRY RComputers were down on my arrival @ 0800. Had to call customer service to try and arrange a mobile pick up. Time consuming ordeal as the computers on their end were having issues as well. Finally got the vehicle about 45 minutes behind schedule, which wouldn't have been an issue if I hadn't hired movers from uHaul's website to be at the location at 08:30. In addition to that, I was unable to call them to advise when I had the truck do to my continuing conversation for compensation with uHaul ! Ultimately, lost over $50 in labor hours due to uHauls issues, which I doubt I will be reimbursed for...

PETER HThe tank was not Full. It was one bar less than full. We returned with just a bit more fuel than we left with. We were charged extra to completely Full it. We had even talked this to the agent and nothing was done.

RANDY RI reserved a truck online and picked it up at the counter. Everything went smoothly and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. The truck was clean and full of gas.
LARRY RI didn't ask for that location because was too far from my location and they changed without letting me know, them the Van was dirty and also they told me that the gas tank was full and wasn't. I am a client I rent all the time, but not any more.

EDWIN GReceived excellent service from our local Ace Hardware…U-Haul Truck was perfect, and price was reasonable.
GRAY GI called to inquire if it would be okay to be a couple hours late. The gentleman said yes. When I arrived for drop off, the man was with another customer. He asked if I was dropping off, I replied, yes, that I parked it out front. He said thank you, have a great day. Upon receiving my final invoice I was charged for a full day. I have learned to be more specific with my inquiry about being a couple hours late to ask what the additional charge will be. I wrongfully presumed that I asked and he replied that it was okay to be late without charge.
