I didn't realize the truck wasn't cleaned properly from the start so I was then charged upon delivering it to the drop off location in the same condition. I clicked that "yes" it was cleaned properly on the app without realizing what qualifies as "clean". There was a small amount of trash and leaves in the back of the truck when I picked it up and I didn't think it was a big deal so I left them there. One of the packets of moving blankets was already open and spread out (unfolded) with a missing blanket too.
