No we got there as they were closing and they took the key so I could not complete the drop off process from the 24/7 link. Therefore I got charged for and extra day. Never use U Haul again for this reason, poor customer service

overall truck was good however there was a leak in roof and it kind of ruined our mattress when we had a heavy rainstorm; wished we had known there was a leak. We would have put mattress elsewhere in truck.
