Online pick up/drop off was a breeze, made picking up before the business opened extremely easy. The truck we picked up however needs front end suspension / steering service desperately. Hitting a bump at a speed over 35mph was genuinely alarming. If we were moving further than 6 miles, I would have returned this truck. A bit wild that it was rented out in its current condition.
