Haley SThere seems to be confusion regarding the u-haul process between what customers can see and what the rep can see on their screen. Yesterday, I was charged twice for my rental because there was some sort of delay between my payment (through the app) and the reps ability to see that on their screen. Then, when I went to get a refund for the over charge, I had to do it through U-haul (calling a number). Ace cannot provide that refund. With modern systems/technology this seems a bit ridiculous. The reps at Ace hardware are great! It’s not their fault.
