Drivers seat belt broken. Wipers worked…sometimes. Was raining the day we moved, cargo area leaked all over our things. Picked up truck and they said there was 1/8 tank of fuel. Wrong. It was on empty.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFriendly, knowledgeable, helpful- everything ready - justcwishv1 thing could have been done . I asked for a hard copy of my receipt when I turned in my truck and I was told they had absolutely no way to do that. Still can’t believe they can’t print one out- I don’t have a printer and in the throes of moving it would have been nice to be able to walk out with a printed receipt- otherwise great service.
