Ace was unable to initiate rental on-site. Requested that I do rental online myself as the van in their parking lot did not appear to be available. Returned home and was able to rent that van with no issue Returned to store but additional data needed including some I previously entered online. The rental was difficult and took way too much time. While using van, noticed dark soda pop splashed on inside of windshield so I cleaned it. Return of equipment was awkward with store personel not effectively communicating to me about the final charges and whether I would get an email or any kind of final receipt.DAVID A.

Although I did the Uhaul early "online" check in when I went to pick up my rental only half of the information submitted could be seen by the employee who was helping me with the rental so it took a little longer than expected.peter P.
I picked up the truck from a non-uhaul location. I wanted to pick up (and reserved) the truck before this location opened up. I was called by the location and was informed I couldn't. U-haul needs to update their system. You would think a big corporation would have something this small figured out.KEITH M.
When I arrived to pick up a trailer I was turned over from employee to employee till finally somebody finally helped me out... they told me if I didn't return it in person or online I was going to have to pay an extra $20... I returned it earlier then what I checked it out for but after trying to checked back in online for 30 min I was unable to use the website... I called the next morning to make sure it was checked in and they said they had already charged me another $20... after going back and forth with them on the phone they agreed they were going to take care of the $20 on their end... Of course they never did.. I don't have time to keep dealing with this so I guess you guys win... my $26 dollar rental turned into $46.... I've rented many uhauls before and never once did I have this problem in other locationsJOSE G.

The conversion van I rented was a very nice updated, it drove wonderfully and smooth. The only thing I would suggest is more comfortable seats. Very stiff and hurt my back for our long drive. Otherwise extremely satisfied.Lisa L.

Using cell phone to register in my opinion was not convenient, setting up account, creating another password, sending verification codes back and forth, uploading / downloading pictures- whatever happened to here's my license information and credit card and here's the keys?? Gas tank was not â€œfullâ€ as was stated at pick-up, cost $10 to fill tank to go 25 miles?? Ace customer service was fine.donald M.
