steve rHave personnel on site to receive equipment and issue an accurate receipt. I returned the equipment within the three day contract period after speaking with site personnel via phone (who were not on site and indicated they would not be available for at least an hour). I had to park / unhook the trailer myself and was assured I would receive a receipt via email. I received the receipt three days later and was charged for an additional day.

Rhonda CThe U-Haul was on empty I've got a picture when I dropped it off at the Huntsville location that was even worse the guy wasn't there and said he was going to be there got overcharged on my credit card three different times three different amounts was not going to Waco Texas going to Huntsville Texas they had me going to Waco that is not true I've got a picture of the mileage and the half tank of gas had in it when I parked it and returned it then they said I was a day late which whenever I picked it up that said drop it off Tuesday afternoon and the guy said no I was supposed to drop it off Monday afternoon in Huntsville so U-Haul did me very wrong
