Jose LI paid for a couple boxes, tape, and a utility dolly, and they were not in the truck when I picked up. I need a refund.
Alyssa FI am curious how I am now being charged $59.10 extra for my rental. Looks like it is for an extra day ($40) and coverage($15). I rented this on 2-25-25 in Price, Utah at around 856AM and I dropped it off at Ace & Jerry Auto Glass, 490 W 300S, Provo, Utah at around 1130AM on that same day. I picked it up on the 25th and I delivered it on the 25th. Check your GPS and see. So how/why am I being charged for an extra day ? Or is this some shady deal where whoever at Ace & Jerry waited until the next afternoon to process my drop off to try to more money from me ?
DONALD BThe truck itself was rough driving and there was dirt in the bottom of the cab floors but otherwise it was easy to pickup and drop off.
Jennifer WThe truck was dirty in the cab as well as in the cargo space. It was very difficult to go through the rental process online, and the lockbox was getting stuck when trying to open with the combination. Also, there was a dolly that I did not request sitting in the back of the truck.

Spencer Uapp didn’t work. Worst digital experience ever. You guys changed my truck size. There was not dolly. And location was also changed. You guys also sent me to the wrong drop off location.
ANDRE FI was quite disappointed that the trailer size I requested was not available at the location I wanted which was closer to where I was staying. I had to drive extra far to pick it up and the larger trailer they had for me was extra heavy for my car to tow from Utah to Arizona. We had to use a lot of extra gas due to the larger, heavy trailer (1axle vs 2 axle). I understand not having what I want if it were a last minute reservation, but I booked this trailer like a week and a half in advance.

James SWe had no problems with the location. But the check-in process online was a nightmare. The system wouldn’t scan my license. I tried for probably 10 minutes. It was Saturday morning and the pickup location was closed so I couldn’t ask anyone for help. I tried using the chat feature to get help and I got an initial response that they were reviewing my problem. And then no response after that. I called the customer service line and couldn’t get through to a human. I finally downloaded the U-Haul app and started the process over for the 4th time and it finally worked. It was about a 45 minute process adding a lot of stress to the already stressful process of moving.

JEFFREY MThe checking was quick and easy. I wanted to pick up the truck on Saturday when the dealer was closed. I was able to check in the day before. The key was available via a lock box. I picked up the truck without difficulty, moved my material and returned the truck. The equipment worked well. Ace & Jerry is a great dealer to work with.
William CI reserved a dolly which they didn’t have one. Wasn’t notified before hand si I couldn’t make any arrangements to get one. so I only could move 1/2 of my stuff. Now I have to rent another truck and rent a dolly from home depot to move the rest of my stuff the truck should be on them!!!!

Henok ZI was over charged for fuel as the location reported the fuel level lower than how I actually returned it.
John BLet the customer know if they return after hours that someone will be in the lot. There was someone there when we returned after hours and he seemed suspicious. Not sure if he was an employee or not but since the rental was there when I called in the morning it was all ok. If he was supposed to be there some advance notice would have relieved any worry that it could get stolen. I also think providing a lock for the trailer would be very helpful so that at any time it wasn't at risk of being stolen.

Spencer HThis was not my intended pickup location. I had reserved a pickup in Springville at the Friends and Go gas station. Upon arrival I did not see the 10 foot truck I had reserved in the lot. I completed the online check in to pick up the truck and it told me no vehicle was assigned and to go inside to talk to someone. I went inside to find out why the truck I reserved was not here, and the cashier had a look of panic in his eyes as he told me he gave it to someone else that morning even though I had a reservation for it. He was not helpful in helping me find a new truck- just told me to go to a place in Provo to "see if they have one". I had to call myself and thankfully the guy on the phone was super helpful to change my reservation. However, my new reservation was in Provo which caused me to travel more miles than intended, which upped the final cost of renting the truck. Despite all that, this location in Provo was easy to access and the mobile check in was a breeze. Just wish my original reservation had been guaranteed.
