I was supposed to pick up a car dolly over at the international speedway blvd location but they didn’t have one. Santos was a great help at acorn he guided me around so I could hook it up to my Rv. He explained everything helped me load my vehicle and made sure everything was satisfactory. I appreciate all he did since I was apprehensive about process. He was excellent and professional

The inside of the bed of the truck was filthy when we got it. Jt bsc cacked on grease and gunk all over the walls. I cleaned the entire inside and swept it out. The gentleman working was so rude and acted like I was bothering him. I explained my boyfriend was on his way and told him about the inside of the vehicle being dirty and he had no response literally put his hand over his mouth and just huffed now that's poor customer service. I ended up getting charged an extra day and for two full days I paid 170 . I own my own company and I would never allow myself or anybody that works with me to lose their composure or act as if a client wasn't important.

Acorn storage was GREAT. I can't say enough about the two members of the staff that I met. Moving is always stressful and never easy, but these guys were the easiest to work with making my transition as easy as they could on their end. Stronly recommend.

I'm happy with the location, however very unhappy with U-Haul and I would like a call from management. I hired and paid for 2 movers who never showed up leaving me to unload my furniture alone up 3 flights of stairs. I'm 51 years old, zero communication from U-Haul when I tried to contact and no response from the moving company. My money needs to be refunded as well as the cost of the U-Haul rental

We showed up about 45 minutes early & Santos was there. Although the office was not open yet, he happily helped set up a new account. We emptied our storage unit after hours so he was gone for the day. Instead of having to show up in person, we were able to call the following day & close out our storage unit. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a storage unit to put this on their short list.

Had a great experience using Acorn for almost two years. We used Air Conditioned storage. The building and grounds where always clean. Despite heavy Florida rain storms that caused flooding on the surrounding city Across property was high and dry. No roof leaks and never saw water inside the building. The staff was very friendly and time we dealt with them and very accommodating. I felt my items were secure and well maintained there. The property was well lit. They have built some additional storage it looks like. So everything is new or not much older than two years. When was at our storage unit I would often see staff cleaning or maintaining the property. The AC keep things reasonable despite the Florida heat. I put a bad of soap in a plastic container to keep my unit smelling good and as a check on the heat. It never melted in the least and was as solid as.new almost 2 years later. Great experience.

This is my second time I have used Acorn Storage and I have been extremely imprressed with how clean this facility is. No insects seen and no dust getting into the unit. I have used the climate controled units both times. Staff is always very friendly and professional. I have also used Acorn mutliple times for vehicle rentals also and the same is true for that part of the business,

Very clean facility. We rented a storage unit for four months because of having to relocate due to Hurricane Ian. The entire process was smooth and easy. We were able to get a climate controlled unit and the building was well lit as well. Easy access to our belongings, etc. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
