When I made my truck reservation several days ahead, I requested two furniture dollys. When I went to pick up the truck to move, they didn't have the dollys. This made my move far more difficult having to move very heavy furniture by hand. Not good. Why can't you plan ahead when scheduling equipment for rental and have the requested equipment on hand for your customer?
