Ali AReturned the truck the same day and the attendant was not there but put a sign in window that will return in 30 minutes so I put the keys in the box like he said if he was not there, the attendant saw us leaving when he pulled up in his White Jeep Cherokee. Got the bill yesterday and got charged for two days of rental and two days of insurance Rented 12 07 2024 at 11:04 and returned 11 07 2024 at 2:10

NICHOLAS FNot sure if there are cameras around the drop off, but there were some people walking around that didn't seem to have any business being there. I'm glad I wasn't alone and would question leaving my car there.

SPENCER BMy experience was one to remember. My uhauls tire blew while on the highway & I had to wait 3hrs on the side of the highway for service🤦🏼♂️ Other than that, my experience with U-Haul was was ok. I can’t really get mad about the 3hr wait time just because I understood that it was late and most tire shops were closed BUTwould recommend going fwd that all vehicles are properly inspected INSIDE/OUT……before rented out.
MASHON Plast minute rental. No trucks. Called all the uhauls in the area. Jennifer at this location called back in a couple hours - 1 came back early. saved the day and the move. Wow.

NICKOLAS MI thought all u haul trucks had ramps I did not read on your site that it did not have one and the employee at acorn knew I was hauling appliances as I rented an appliance dolly. So why didn’t he say something? Also he said it was .40$ for extra miles but come to find out via my bill that it was 1.00$ per mile. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if I could drop it off 10 miles away where I wanted to drop it instead I had to drive 34 miles away. So no I am not satisfied.

Jeannine CYou need to include this location in your U-Haul list of vendors. This was 4 minutes from my house; whereas the U-Haul you wanted to send me to was 15 minutes away. You did not even have it listed.

Elisabeth PFirst, I will say that every staff person who helped us was amazing, helpful, kind, and patient. However the overall organization of the business seems to be in shambles. Our truck wasn't available when we arrived at our location, so we drove 7 miles to a different location where our reserved truck was in an un-driveable state. So we took a 20 foot truck instead of a 26 foot truck. We then had to use three additional vehicles to support the move. And the cab had a dirty mask and potato chips and cheerios in it. No one was there the next day, or the doora werent open during hours of operation. So we had to return the truck online. So I wasn't able to tell anyone about the mask and potato chips not being from me. This all made our experience extremely inefficient and disappointing. We hope we never have to use uhaul again. But again, the 3 staff members we interacted with were all lovely and helpful.

alicia gI was rerouted to a new location to drop the truck off several miles away from the agreed upon location (the one listed on my contract) I was not advised of this change until I arrived at the original drop off location and tried to return the truck. I was charged for the additional miles between drop off sites as well. I asked for a callback and no one ever reached out to me. Poor business practice.

Robert RHave the option to check in before hand, on the instructions it says you only need an ID and a phone. Once I got there I my ID wasn’t enough and I had to go back to get my passport, would have been nice to just be told to have 2 forms of ID.
Brendan GWe had a good experience here this summer but on Weds. We were rented a van that's back doors didn't open!!!!! Eventually they did. It was very cold out and took us a half hour to try and get the back doors open to load and then again to unload. We asked for a discount and agent said he couldn't do one. Very inconvenient. Van should have been repaired.
ALFRED MWe arrived and the doors were closed, there was no sign so that we could know what was going on. We called, there was no answer, after 15 min. We saw someone and knocked at the window so they could come and open the door. When we placed our order online we had ordered a dozen protective mats/ blankets, when we were picking up the truck, the truck did not had the blankets, the dolly snap had been broken off and the floor in the cabin had a few small pieces of garbage. We let the person that helped us know that we had ordered the blankets, he went to check and told us they didn't have any, only the ones that were on top of a table all made in a ball, he said he wasn't sure how many were there but that we could use them, there were only 4.

Mark LPrice online was $34 for rental. I was charged $175.22 Pls tell me how that was possible. If u advertise $34 then u should only charge $34. Not 4 times that when I come to pick up the uhual.

AMY HI was charged 3x for stolen truck and property destroyed. No one called me and informed instead they charged me for something I didn’t do. It was horrible experience and until I reached out to them they wouldn’t have said anything.
