When drop off at 4:30 no one was there even though open until 6. sign on door that they would be back at 5, had to come back

Try putting their equipment in the truck like I paid for instead of forgetting it. Also, the app is terrible. It wouldn’t accept my pictures and then I had to call customer service on both the pick up and the drop off because of issues with the process. Somebody should really fix the bugs in the app or take it down.
Jessica DCheck for trash in the back of the cab. We found empty Gatorade bottles, a lighter, needles (weird) and an empty burger kind bag.
