When talking to customer service, the lady was very condescending. She didn't want to listen to the issue with the software and why my reservation was not showing up. Basically, very rude. If it had not been that I was in a time crunch with my move, I would have cancelled gone else where. Uhaul will not be my first choice in the future

In my online order, I requested for 2 Dollies. Once I arrived at the location for pick up, they told me that they don't have extra Dollies for rent, but that he will charge me $7.00 instead of $10.00 to compensate. After I returned the uHaul and Dolly (I did not use the one that was in the uHaul, but the one I rented only) to the very same person who checked me out on the rental, I checked my bill a couple days later, and was charged $10.00. They did not honor what they said they would bill and I have reached out to them with no refund of the difference. I would not recommend this location, solely because they do not keep their word or that they are unorganized in how they keep track of what they are going to charge.

This vehicle rode terribly. I did not feel safe driving it. They should be checked on the freeway to ensure the ride properly before you rent them.

The truck was pretty old and needed some work. ABS light was on. Suspension could use some work. Was unable to get above 40-45 mph without severe vibration.

The service was outstanding from the first call I made to reserve the truck to when I picked up the truck. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or in person was very helpful. I think the service was excellent and I wouldn't change a thing.

Our furniture was ruined in this truck due to a lack of seal on the door. The door was fully shut and locked and water came in anyways. They overcharged us for the protection we didn't select and the truck was 5 feet shorter than they said it was in the description. We will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

We did the online reservation and check in. We got to the facility a little later than planned and were not able to do the check in process. We had to pick another pick up time (which was several hours later) to pick up the truck. It would have been nice if someone (I spoke with Uhaul 3 times before the pick up to make sure that everyone would go smoothly) would have told us that if you put down a 7:30 pick up time but come later than that you won't be able to pick up the truck until and even later pick up time. This caused us to get a much later start than we planned and made for a long day.

Our experience with Uhaul, the first one in many years, was excellent. The truck was very comfortable, good A/C, and easy to drive. We would not change a thing. Thank you for our very good experience.

The truck needs to be in a junk yard... The truck bounced all over the highway which made it a very dangerous and uncomfortable drive. The truck sounds as if it will fall apart any moment it rattles so bad. The steering wheel is cocked towards the 2 o-clock position which means the alignment is way off. The ABS light kept coming on randomly. This was the worst rental and the last rental that I will make through U-haul.

Between the app not working for check in and the lock working when we finally did get the code to open the lock it took 15 minutes to get the to actually open. Bad experience overall

They told me the gas tank was full, it was 7/8 full. I had to put in over 6 gallons gas to go 41 miles. I shouldn't have had to pay for someone else's gas.

Could not ask for the employee who rented the Econo Van. Very friendly and explained everything to myself and my husband. And I left a voice mail asking if I could come in and get a copy of my receipt. A very pleasant man returned my call and said an email was sent to me, but I was more than welcome to come in and get one. 5 stars!!!!!!!

I rented a 17 foot truck it brgan to snow during our move, with the tow/haul function disengaged we got stuck 3 times on a snow plowed driveway with a 5 degree up hill slope, once the truck slid backwards about 10 feet. Cars and another truck didnot have an issue. Uhaul needs to evalute the tires that are used as this truck was NOT safe to drive during snowfall or on slipping roads.

Arrived afterhours after following a series of confusing instructions from Goole maps. In the parking lot, we found several trucks already dropped off and parked in a variety of angles and locations of the small driveway, leaving it difficult to park ours without blocking access to the storage lovers. The driveway was unplowed and no clear direction on where to park the truck was provided with signs saying "Park at your own risk" and "No overnight parking" placed all over the place.

The truck I rented broke down within 2 hrs on renting. I literally started it twice before the starter died. This occurred AFTER I loaded my entire apartment into it, of course. Roadside assistance took 1.5 hours to tell me what I already knew, that the starter was dead. Then the tow truck took another two hours to tow it to my location. I understand that this happens, and while I was stressed and upset at the tie, I was ready to forgive/forget UNTIL I was contact by U-haul customer service. I, of course, requested a refund, as I rented a moving truck, not a metal box that needed to be towed around town over the course of 4 hours. Customer service proceeded to call me and tell me that my refund was denied due to the fact that their contract specifies that they are not legally obligated to refund me as a result of mechanical failure. I was not interested in what they were LEGALLY obligated to do, as I was not planning to contact a lawyer, but in the fact that my experience was horrible. Moving is stressful enough, but I had family that travelled to help me move and we were all left in limbo, not knowing how long it would take, if it would happen that day at all, or long long it would be for most of the afternoon. She proceeded to argue with me, quoting my contract over and over, telling me I should have read it more carefully, and if I didn't like it then I shouldn't have signed it and I can take mt business elsewhere. All that call did was make me feel invalidated and angrier than I was before.

The truck I had rented was clean, had some body damage but not an issue for me, but there was definitely something wrong with the motor, at highway speeds it would shake and miss so badly it was had to do over 50 MPH

Uhaul is a go to for our needs since we don't own a truck. Rates are always decent but the equipment is becoming run down and dirty. Windshield was difficult to see through due to poor cleaning, and the padlock on the back did not open at all. Very stressful to drop off after hours knowing the additional rental equipment had to go inside the cab for security purposes. I'm happy to adjust my schedule so that another customer can pick up right away in the morning, but all the equipment needs to be checked before rental.
