The man at the counter was fricken awesome! Great personality and customer service. He helped me switch my truck after finding out it didn't have a ramp (which he likes to mention to people thankfully or I would have been screwed). I will recommend to everyone!
Kristen L.I was immediately greeted at the door with "you can't park you car there". I proceeded to stand out in the cold as I explained it was only temporary (car was still running with a passenger inside) and as we discussed this location's terrible parking situation. After finally being let inside it took quite awhile to provide all the information needed due to a dysfuntional electronic process. The rep behind the desk was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. I would not recommend leaving your vehicle parked here as it will likely be blocked in by trucks. The rep recommended we park at the Public Works next door where many police cars were parked. Looked very sketchy and probably would've been towed from there had we parked there. I'd highly advise avoiding this location.
CHRISTOPHER W.I would not use the 24/7 share because not all UHAUL establishments are connected by it. That's not a bad thing. Because I didn't use it, my reservation was kept intact and my truck was where it was supposed to be at the right time by booking it via a regular mobile phone call. Everything went off without a hitch. Now I know the most reliable way to book a truck or equipment reservation with UHAUL. I highly recommend it.

Alfred J.Hard to check in on smartphone. Took at least an hour to check out the truck so I had to add an hour on to the return of the truck because it was almost 3:00 by the time we had it half unloaded. Make sure to check out for the entire day.

Tony C.I was asked to download the app to make my check in and check out "easier". It was far from easy and I was not able to go pick up my rental until they opened at 9 am, which made for a huge mess as I was to have floral delivered to a wedding at 8 am. I am not sure how I can continue to rent vehicles from UHaul if I have to use the app to make this work. I could not even check out. Had to wait until Monday am and hope and pray that it was done correctly and that I was not charged an extra day. Who knows, I probably was.
Carmen C.For one-way rentals, I would recommend a full tank of gas, not the 1/4 tank that was given. The first thing I had to do was to fill up the tank. First the rental is expensive followed by $100 bill for gas, is a wee bit daunting!

VINCENT R.First off my location was switched to 10 miles away further than my original pick up location. Ok not a big deal. I have to move 3 storage units at least I have the 26 foot truck. THE DAY BEFORE moving I get a call at 4pm. Now the puck up location is another 5 miles further ($129 a mile) each way, so now add on another 30 miles round trip so easy math let's just say $35 additional. Now here's the kicker 26 foot truck broke down so now only thing available is 15 foot. Now I will need to make more trips with the mini uhaul. More mileage more money. They tell me they will compensate me by not charging $39 per day they will charge me $19. (Which is normal rate for a small truck. ) ok adapt overcome it is what it is. I say ok so someone will be at said place at 8am. Yes sir. Here's moving day. 8 people ready to move 3 large storage units. Arrive to pick up uhaul. Store is closed until 10am. No one around. Sit on hold for 18 minutes for a very rude female to finally answer. She hung up on me as I was asking questions. Uhaul had a half tank of gas which makes no sense. However uhaul was Clean. So instead of one trip needed to take 2...an additional $30 to $40. Well played uhaul you got me this time. Paid way more money for a smaller uhaul. Never use this company again.

Ernisha R.The U-Haul app is trash. It doesn't work. I was notified that the “pick up my truck†option would appear the day of pick up, but it never showed. I was given directions via email that did not explain the full process. It missed the “check in†which was not detailed out for me. So instead of pulling out at 9am, I had to log into the website, not the app and complete the process that was not explained. I didn't leave until 10am from the lot…..if the app is supposed to be useful, make it useful. Plus, what's the point of having Face ID if it doesn't work when you have to login every time you open the app…..

Jeffrey B.The 15ft truck was hard to get into. I have arthritis and because the step up was high for me unexpectedly I could not drive it. Luckily I had someone with me who could. Please make sure all trucks have a low enough step up.

First he snapped at me when I said I reserved a U-Haul online, said he couldn't guarantee a truck even though there were 5 trucks in the lot not being used, I only needed a truck for 4 hours. Then when I returned it he was nowhere to be found,a note on the door saying to look for him on the property, when I found him, he snapped and said leave the keys and paperwork in the drop box even though he said we better be back by 530 before he leaves,I assumed he needed to check the truck back in.he also had 4 customer's waiting outside the office besides me. I will never go back to this location unless I want to be treated like crap. Bad experience.

Jeff F.The facility and people were great. Having to drive an additional $70 on mileage because the truck wasn't available where it was promised. This effected my getting the truck back on time. This added another days rental and messed up the person who needed the truck next.
Roderick N.We requested a 1 furniture dolly, 3 dozen furniture pads, and 2 utility dollies. We only got 1 utility dolly. This was very problematic as we had nothing to wrap our furniture with. When I complained at the location, I was told I'd have to call uHaul since he couldn't do anything about it. In addition during the self checkout process, after providing my credit card I was kicked out of the system without getting the key code. I called uHaul to get the code and got hung up on twice. It took over an hour to get my key and since I had movers at my house getting paid by the hour I wasted a significant amount of money.

Jacob Q.There were 7-8 inches of standing water mixed with gas and oil that my husband had to wade through to get to our truck. The employee said" sorry you have to walk through a lake to get to it." What? $120 pair of running shoes ruined. We had to stop home so he could change his clothes! His pants were soaked past his ankles and shoes ruined and smelled like gasoline. Not the best customer experience.

JEFFREY M.I did not get a receipt upon returning the rental. I have no way of knowing what I was charged and why. I received two separate charges on my account and I have no idea why. The employees in the business need to get off their comfortable seat behind the computer and do their job. I am still going to dispute the two charges because it doesn't make any sense.
