This lady was really good and got us fixed right up after U Haul messed up! The call center was awful. Stop lying through the call centers. Spell my name right and make sure you actually have equipment available before you schedule some one!!!!

I had made special arrangements with the property manager to meet at 8am for a truck. She did not show up until 9:15. She did apologize saying she was sick and gave me a discount rate for my inconvenience. She had my cell phone number because we made the special arrangement to meet early. She could have called and let me know. It put me an hour behind on moving and threw the whole day off. Next time I will rent from Penske.

I do not like not being able to reserve equipment for a SPECIFIC location. I was sent to an out-of-the way dealer, instead of the U-Haul store 5 blocks from my storage unit. I still had to make a second stop in order to get furniture pads.

The windshield and inside of the car was very dirty. You could have vacuumed out the inside and cleaned the windwows, If it were my company I would have been embarrased to loan someon my vehicle in that condition.

Thee uhaul I originally rented wasn't avaivable at the first location. The employees were very rude and not helpful. I will never use uhaul agian. It was an awful experience

We dropped off after hours....so never dealt with human. We had no problems so hope all went well !

I didn't rent from these people but locations where switched hence my dis-satisfaction with my experience. I rented from UHAUL Moving and Storage of Bowling Green whose hours were until 7:00 pm. I live 45 miles from there and didn't get off work until 4:15. Acorn's hours are until 5:00. I get notified the day before that this has been switched and that there is nothing that can be done, that I the customer have to fend for myself and find a way to get the vehicle before 5 pm. Being in the service business myself I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Also I realize that I when I made the contract that I might be driving a bit further than the miles alloted I call and ask what the total would be and am told not to worry I would not be charged. I get my bill and I am charged an additional $7.89 for additional miles. This all adds up to poor management and poor communication to customers. Should nothing be done at all with this I will be taking my business elsewhere and communicate the same whenever asked.

This dealer was more customer service friendly than your moving center, Steven was very helpful and explained everything to me, your center seemed like they did not care if they got my business or not. I would rate this dealer as a 10.

i called to get quote and it was quoted by Steven as 19.95 per day plus .99 per mile...got there and he was like oh i told you wrong it is $29.95 per day and .99 per mile...i was like that is wrong but fine i will pay it...then i use truck for 5 hours get back to turn it in and steven goes and checks truck and he is like you have to put gas back in it --- i am like you never told me that and i am not using more mileage to go put gas in it when you didn't tell me anything...needless to say he was no help at all...very dissatisfied with customer service...the 19.95 should have been honored and he should have went over the gas policy with me...

The owner/operator did not know how to even rent a trailer, had to call 800 customor service number - Customor asked to leave trailer at location until later in the day, was informed that the trailer had to be removed at the time it was pd for, then tried to move time back to later in the afternoon, refused to do so. Which meant dragging a trailer around the city all day, when it was useless. Very very bad custmor service, future rent will be either with another company or from the company store. Bottom line will not be using this one again.
