Getting out was very tight, a UHaul was parked outside of the lot on the street immediately where you’d need to complete a left turn.

I did all of the pre check in when I placed the order 2 weeks ago. When I arrived my reservation did not come up in my app so I had to bring my laptop with me in order to walk through the steps since the app doesn't allow you put your reservation # in to find it. Which meant taking photos with my laptop etc. In addition the key was NOT in the lockbox. Thankfully someone happened to be there at 7am to look for the key in the return key holder but if not, we would have had another terrible uhaul experience where we couldn't get our truck at the time our reservation was for. This is never a seamless pick up and Uhaul has some work to do.
ZACHARY EI'm not a fan of using the mobile check in process. Takes way too long and it duplicates all the uploads I provided ahead of time. Despite the vehicle being clean and running well, I will likely chose another company (i.e. Home Depot) in the future if I have to do the mobile check in. In my experience, having a "live" person expedites the process and helps navigate problems if they occur. Sorry, but I'm afraid you'll lose business in future because of this.
Scott RI didn't like all of the photos needed to be taken (it was raining) and the gas level was less than a quarter tank at pickup. I don't mind the hands off approach to pick-up and drop off, but it needs to be simpler and there does need to be gas in the tank.
