First of all, U-Haul moved my pick up location to this location and it was about 25 miles away from where I was supposed to pick up. Drove to the new location, arrived at 9am, the time I was supposed to pick the truck up. No one was around. Another customer was waiting too. They were supposed to pick their truck up at 8:30. Finally at around 9:15 someone showed up. They checked in the first person, got to me around 9:25. It was frustrating enough to have to drive 25 miles one way to get the truck and then to get there on time and no one is around makes it much more frustrating. The positive side, the truck was in very good shape.

U-Haul sent me to the wrong address to pick up the truck and it screwed up the entire day.
Thomas TAddress led me to a location across the highway from actual return site, which was only identifiable due to a small flimsy sign and a single UHaul trailer partially visible behind a building. Upon pulling in, my vehicle was greeted by 2 aggressive pit bulls, who were called back by a woman I assume was the owner (and who did not come out of their garage to direct me). I uncoupled my trailer in the mud and gravel lot and got a "Thanks" yelled to me from the garage. I'm only marking that the personnel were helpful because I was not mauled by their dogs...
MATTHEW GTruck was dirty, inside and out. Battery was near shot and took several jump starts in order to even use the vehicle. The place itself felt unsafe and unprofessional.
Austin FNo issues at all!
Cathy FMilage on vehicle was incorrect and the local merchant, according the U-haul, auto attached a $30 insurance that I had opted out of when making my reservation.
Geegory SHad no clue how much it was cause she didn't know and was charged 56 dollars for a car dolley
SHANE SLocation was a messy yard of a private residence, employee drove away as I was trying to return the trailer- opened the main door to the building labeled "Office inside" to find a garage full of vehicles and tools, but nothing that even looked like an office.
JASON RNice to do business with
Dan BThe mileage was input incorrect and I was overcharged!!
KELLEY BThey said they were under the impression the dolly was out of service, they had to install a taillight when I arrived to pick it up. They did not test said taillight and didn't offer a adapter to plug the lights in, for me to test them. When I tested them after buying the adapter elsewhere, the light wasn't connected properly so I had to re-connect it. The safety chains that are the failsafe for the straps, had no S-hooks. When I called and asked them about this I was told " those are just in case the straps fail, you should be fine" I'm towimg a car 750 miles, I want to make sure theres a failsafe in case the straps failed. So again I had to buy the s hooks elsewhere and attach them myself.
Keaton DExactly as planned. Few hoops to go through getting booked, but convenient and fair. Saved the day.
Charles MWhen I pulled up to drop off the truck. All I saw was trash, car parts and I felt like I was in the middle of a junkyard.
VAUGHN HI told her about the damage to the dolly shoulder pictures. She didn’t seem to be too concerned.
Aaron CEmployee came out and helped (it was after hours) when the self return Qcode wouldn't work. Great customer service.
