This is the worst place ever, At the time of my pick up the candle my reservation, then keep pushing around back and forth from one locations to the next. When I finally able to untainted the U-Haul the charge me more than that I had on my reservations also the gas tank was not even full and then the expect me to return it full. This is the worst place ever and I will never recommend this place to anyone also the female there is like a pig, was very rude and nasty.Avinash B.

This location did not have the supplies I requested available(Dolly, blankets). The rep was friendly and the pick up process was easy. However, the truck we rented could use some maintenance. I was also charged for a 15' truck (what I requested). I was given a 12' truck, which lead my move to require more trips than necessary.Amanda W.

The gentleman that help me did a very good job. He was fat with me. And that made me feel comfortable making the transaction. I felt really good about renting the U-Haul vehicle from this location.Greg H.

The rental truck was not at the location I reserved it, but was instead more than a half-hour taxi ride away. I was only informed of the change of location when I went to pick it up from my preferred location, so I was forced to take an expensive cab ride both ways on zero notice, inconveniencing both me and the friends who were helping me move. I did not receive a courtesy call in advance, despite the claims of receptionist, so could not plan accordingly. Would definitely think twice before using U-Haul again.Tanya L.

The people/management at this location are very unorganized and unprofessional. They added stress to my moving situation I would advise no one to use this location you would have a bad experience. U-Haul should not send its customers to deal with the lack of respect to all race, creed, gender, sexuality, spirituality. It doesn't matter who you are, respect should be given.dion P.

First of all, my reservation was for a 9' van. Uhaul called me to tell me there was only a 10' truck available, which costs more in gas. The agent that called did not mention that instead of the location in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY, the 10' truck reservation was all the way down in southern brooklyn by the beach. I had to take a $35 and 45 minute uber ride to get to it. That added another 45 minutes to drive the truck back. Then the truck was empty and I had to go fill it up before we could start moving. This is all unacceptable and not the service I expect for a repeat customer.SCOTT K.

I rented the truck for a one day drop-off to Brooklyn, NY and after finishing unloading my cargo, the truck was dropped-off about 8:00 pm (5-22-15) that evening. After checking my email I was surprised that I was charged for another day ($40.00 + tax), and the time of drop-off was after 1:45 pm. I just hope this place have cameras because they are crooks working there. I would never recommend this location. I am filing a complaint with everyone.ALBERT R.
