I arrived at 4:30pm to return the van, there was no personnel available to receive van and give me direction on where to park it. Plus there was a mechanic garage connected to to U-haul drop off place. One of them ask me for the key while I was about to drop in lock box. I thought that was weird. I wasn’t giving him the keys.

TROYL PThis is the worst place ever, At the time of my pick up the candle my reservation, then keep pushing around back and forth from one locations to the next. When I finally able to untainted the U-Haul the charge me more than that I had on my reservations also the gas tank was not even full and then the expect me to return it full. This is the worst place ever and I will never recommend this place to anyone also the female there is like a pig, was very rude and nasty.

RONALDE BI rated the location Excellent because of the customer service that I received from the lady named Marilyn. The location is rated Average because someone failed to record the van as available in the system. Ms. Marilyn had to work pass her clock out time to make sure I get the van.

ORLANDO PThis location did not have the supplies I requested available(Dolly, blankets). The rep was friendly and the pick up process was easy. However, the truck we rented could use some maintenance. I was also charged for a 15' truck (what I requested). I was given a 12' truck, which lead my move to require more trips than necessary.

jeff wThe rental truck was not at the location I reserved it, but was instead more than a half-hour taxi ride away. I was only informed of the change of location when I went to pick it up from my preferred location, so I was forced to take an expensive cab ride both ways on zero notice, inconveniencing both me and the friends who were helping me move. I did not receive a courtesy call in advance, despite the claims of receptionist, so could not plan accordingly. Would definitely think twice before using U-Haul again.

They added stress to my moving situation I would advise no one to use this location you would have a bad experience. U-Haul should not send its customers to deal with the lack of respect to all race, creed, gender, sexuality, spirituality. It doesn't matter who you are, respect should be given.

QUESTA Pin a scale from 1-10 I'll give this guys a 9.999999 percent. Its really simple to grab a van and move your belongings in a safe and easy way. Will totally recommend it.
