Again because of a typo it cost me $50, when the correct size tow dolly was available in Tallahassee Fl. for a one day rental. And I'm repeating what the Savannah Ga. representative told me that my information was backwards tow a 04 Yukon with a 2011 Honda Accord, when it is the opposite.Matthew G.

The business name has changed it is no longer M&L Alignment. I would recommend making that change in your system because it was very confusing this morning during drop off not to mention you are unsure if it is OK to leave some where other than where you were told to drop it off at. Not impressed with this at all. Thank goodness the person at Action Colors where we left it was friendly and helpful but still you should not tell people to drop off at a place that has been out of business for years.Christina H.

U-Haul needs to upgrade their computer checkin system or let locations revert to good paper. I had to wait almost an hour while the guy tried to process my rental.Priscilla D.
