STUART G | Overall ExperienceHad a terrible experience with management, had to call customer service and talk to a field manager, that only covered the managers butt. After MULTIPLE attempts and getting the runaround over and over again just to talk to the regional manager, I finally had to have customer service call the regional manager and talk to them with him on the phone at the same time. Very disappointed with my experience.
michael b | Overall ExperienceThe building and storage areas were clean. There were maintenance issues though. The vehicle doors and walk in door closest to my unit were disable. I had to go to the other set of doors and they had to be open from the inside of the office, not by the entry pad at the door. Plus, it could not be closed from the inside once I was in the unloading/loading bay.

We arrived about 20 minutes before the store closed and were able to complete the process and unload our belongings quickly. Cassie was kind and helpful making our experience very easy. We really appreciate Cassie's kindness and help.
