Jeffrey D | First ImpressionsEvery time I went into the uhaul place, a lady would be on the phone & not paying attention & even if she did see me, she wouldn’t acknowledge I was even there. Made me feel as if I was an inconvenience every single time. She was rude to my wife & mother in law when they went inside to make a payment for me because I chose not to deal with the lady anymore. I decided to move my stuff out & move it somewhere else because of how I was talked to & treated. Absolutely will not be using Shawnee uhaul services again if they continue being rude. Other than that, the place was clean & loved the fact that there were extra security measures so I knew for a fact my stuff was safe there.
