Well, you made me go to another city and pick up my truck and drive it back to my city just so I could drive it my one-way trip and you charge me for all those miles that’s number one number two is the trailer car the toy hauler the ramps wouldn’t come out when they did come out. They were all broken. The worlds were broken at the ends. The lights quit working within 10 miles the 26 foot truck. The air brake kept sticking on I would have to come to a complete stop to get the air brake to shut off. I mean, I could just go on and on. It’s been the worst experience ever with U-Haul.

The vehicle was on empty when we picked it up, the moving blankets were missing as well as the appliance dolly and the location was closed on the weekend. The online check in app didn’t allow me to upload photos. However, the customer service support that helped us were wonderful. Both agents were thoughtful and understanding. Their guidance helped us through a disappointing check in process.

ADONIA LThe wait time to pick up the truck was over an hour, and once I was at the front of the line, the employee had me wait even longer because they didn't know how to use the Uhaul system to find my reservation. Overall, location focuses more on the pawn aspect rather than Uhaul system.

jeff jIt was a dirty pawnshop. The guy behind the counter was not helpful or knowledgable. He didn't really know how Uhaul worked or any informtation to answer my questions. His answers to my questions were "I don't know, I just work here." He didn't know how many blankets came in a standard package. Not a place you want to get a Uhaul from. Would not recommend.

KIM GGet your act together and don't send customers to seedy/dicey/dangerous facilities. Corporate should really go to every facility that represents them to see where customers have to pick up trucks.
