The vehicle was on empty when we picked it up, the moving blankets were missing as well as the appliance dolly and the location was closed on the weekend. The online check in app didn’t allow me to upload photos. However, the customer service support that helped us were wonderful. Both agents were thoughtful and understanding. Their guidance helped us through a disappointing check in process.

Longer hours, other u- hauls in globe are 7 to 7 , 9 to 5 are to short of time with all the road construction and clean up from the floods .
