The young lady had no idea what she was doing. We literally had to call into U-Haul for me to get my reservation. Then they put me in a truck that looked like it had been through World War III X mark stickers all over it because of a claim from another person who used the truck drove it here to Nevada brake lights coming on cruise control would turn on and off. It was horrible. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a U-Haul.

The location's listed phone number goes straight to a voice mail, and the message box for that number is full. It also states a person's name not company. The geographic location in Salt Lake City itself is OK. However, how to return the keys was very unclear. The name is partially correct: "Action Plus..." However, the company is not actually "Action Plus Car Detail LLC", it is "Action Plus Group" whose signs advertise "taxes, staffing, immigration law". We did think that we were in the right place because there were other Uhaul vehicles's parked outside. There is also a Uhaul sign with an arrow, but it was still unclear where to go. We took a while to find an open door to the building. This is partly because the right door was locked, so we assumed both doors were locked at first. Once inside, the building was clearly open with lights on, however there was no staff present during office hours. The inside area was perfectly fine and generally clean. We arrived before 5pm on a weekday and the site lists that their hours of operation are until 8pm. After waiting a while inside, we called Uhaul, they called a staff member, and the staff member came into the lobby to collect the keys.
Tyler LThis was a new location and training was still happening and we totally understand that learning takes time. :) We were unaware that our rental of moving pads and a dolly would not be available here at this location so had to drive to another location to pick these items up. It was frustrating to get charged the extra miles it took us to drive there to the second location when we were unaware we would have to do this in the first place. We also had reserved a point to point contract and our customer service rep at this location changed our contract so we had to drive back to the point of pick up which caused us to be charged more miles that we were expecting and another 45 minute drive back from our move. Upon leaving our pickup I had not recieved our contract and called customer service only to find the truck had never been dispatched to us. Customer service was great getting this fixed for us but upon return our rep at the location didn’t know how to return it so I ended up having to use the self return anyways.
