Not able to adjust mirrors, I believe it needs something like an Allen key to make the adjustment. Extremely difficult to see any vehicles coming up on either side. It was fortunate I had a second person with me to check in order to change lanes.Gloria J.

Your web-site wouldn't accept my driver's license - - said it was invalid for Ontario - I had to change it to "Canada" for it to let me pass onto the next screen. Problem your website gave the dimensions of the cargo van which wpuld have allowed us to move the one item. It was too small, and I had to take it back and get the small cube van. So we paid $40 more than we had to.James K.

This was not the location that I made my reservation for ,I had reserved a truck from a Belleville location and on arrival was told that they did not have a vehicle for me, I did not receive any email or phone call of the change of location. I had to travel for 30 minutes to the the location to pick up the vehicle,This location was very helpful but they did not have any furniture pads so I had to travel back to Belleville to pickup furniture pads. All this travel lead to delays in my move. I booked on line and prepaid for this vehicle and also checked in prior to arrival. I expected everything to be in place for my rental.Danny T.

the van was very dusty and dirty and not up to Covid standards, it must have been sitting for some time as the dashboard and interior were very dusty and there was garbage left from a previous user. the location was very friendly and professional and we were very satisfied with our service. just the truck being so dirty was a disappointment.Shawn B.

When we went to pick up our rental truck its was snow covered from the evening before it was not cleared off and ready for us to drive away in. We had to use our own scraper to remove the snow and ice as one is not provided in the truck. Further more the trucks cargo door was frozen shut and it took us another 45mins to thaw it enough to get it opened putting our move further behind. Considering we have to drive an hour and a half after packing to reach our destination time couldn't be wasted, not impressed.Jodi M.

First of all your Site didn't work and it took well over an hour for the lady to get it done, despite having all this reserved by phone ahead of time. The 1-800 is Ohio and doesn't have a clue what TRenton Ontario is, where and if they even have trailers..so poor communication for sure. Upon return and pick up, trailers are not locked with padlock or otherwise so if someone wanted to scoop the trailer when you returned it the customer would be on the hook for this, having cameras on the building is not enough... So good equipment but very poor set-up on the site, leaving the local business in an uncomfortable spot. And a Canadian 1-800 or at least an informed 1-800 employee is definitely needed.Christiane W.

Providing UHaul service is a side business for the garage. Perhaps extra staff ready to help at the service desk when backed up. I waited 15 minutes in line to return my vehicle. Perhaps an express or separate line for UHaul customers.James P.

I was quoted a price of 166.00, ended up paying 245.00. Reserved the truck in the morning, picked it up at 1pm, returned it at 430pm same day. No one was there to check it out or back in. Feel I was overcharged because your representative went home sick, and the people at this location did not know what they were doing. Was quoted 15.00 for extra insurance, I was charged 30.00. The rental fee should have been 19.99, I was charged 39.00. I also put 30.00 in for gas. Not using this company again!!Betty A.

I called the day before my scheduled pickup date to confirm the trailer I had reserved a week earlier was in order.The rental location had, at first, no record of my rental. I gave them a confirmation # and asked them to check things out and call back. An hour later they did call back and all was well. On the morning of my rental it took almost an hour to prepare my rental agreement. Perhaps the gentleman that helped me was new doing this but it was a lot longer than I had anticipated. The trailer was clean and all went well during my use of the trailer.Glen M.

Many issues with your company: 1) A lot of time at the location to pick the cargo van up (3pm). The reservation was completed via telephone to the head office, the guy at the location didn't know how to handle the system or they had problems with the computer. 2) I couldn't complete the check out online (same day around 6pm), the system was stuck, so next day I had to go to the rent location a third time to complete it. 3) Two days later I realized that the $100 deposit was not reimbursed, I called one more time to the location to claim my $100, they told me that I had to go there to reverse the transaction, so one more trip to the rent location for a total of 5 trips to rent a cargo van. Fortunately I live very close, but it was time and extra gas consumed. 4) And last but not the least, I put the van full of gas before returning it, 7 litters of gas and I drove just 10 kilometers, it look like I paid the gas that the previous renter didn't. So I will give you one more opportunity because the guy at this location was new and/or had problems with the computer, but bad start guys.jorge P.
