Your app is terrible. Finding locations that have specific Equipment impossible. When I want a car hauler I should be able to see where they are, you can't. It is the most cumbersome app out there. Too bad really, other than the app U Haul is great.

Frustrating experience. Truck was provided with 3/4 fuel which required an immediate fill up for the trip and then guess work to return it at the same level.. Ordered 24 moving blankets and only 6 could be provided. This resulted in an unnecessary last minute scramble to source moving blankets from a 3rd party at a much higher cost as no other uhaul location in the area could assist. This was unacceptable and I should have been notified in advance that moving blankets were not going to be available ( as they stated that they usually don't have blankets). Moving dolly not available either and had to be sourced from a 3rd party last notice at a higher cost. Electronic machine to accept, pay and sign was not functioning. Was told that the 18 blankets would be removed from the billing but it was not done, confirmed by the drop off center. This created confusion and reasoning with the drop off center personnel with what happened and I should have never been put into this situation as a customer. I need to rent another truck very soon and can not justify using this location.
Christopher RPicking up the vehicle with only 3/4 full tank was actually a surprise to me as normally I would expect a full tank and be expected to return ut with full tank. (Especially when departing on a one way journey
