Thomas TI wasn’t able to check out the vehicle at my reserved time because the building didn’t open for another hour. Customer service found my an available vehicle but it added 15 miles to my overall journey

Danielle EThe truck had steering issues and had about 3 inches of play. I called U-Haul and they said I would have to call roadside. I was a ways away from where I pick the vehicle up so I call roadside and they said they would have to send someone out to try and fix it. I said I don’t have time and asked them to find me another truck around where I was and they refused and said if I turn the truck in somewhere else I would have additional charges. I said forget it and I’ll just drive the truck! Finding me another truck I’m sure would have saved your company money rather than having to send roadside! I just could not believe the lack of customer service. I expected to rent a reliable vehicle and I didn’t have time to wait around for roadside! Very poor way to deal with a situation like this!
Benjamin LThe truck was clean but not in good running condition. The truck didn’t get into drive or reverse easily. The passenger side mirror wasn’t able to adjust. I don’t think the gas gauge was working either. During the entire time I had the truck it didn’t move not while driving or when I put gas in it

paul vI paid for items that I never received and I had mobile check in and that was never explained to me so I sat there thinking the person left without giving me a truck. Overall, yes I got done what needed to be done however I didn't have the tools (hand truck) that I paid for to get the job done.

CONNER KI would not recommend u haul to anyone. Uhaul changed my.location pick up twice and I had to pay mileage from where the changed it to. Also I had movers ready to go and had to cancel them. Uhaul is Unfair to customer with no considerations for inconvenience. Adams north American was great! Unlike uhaul
