Terrible experience. I understand Covid messed you guys up, but I am still waiting for my call back and refund. Lost a worker for 1 hour which costed me $100 cash out of pocket.

Walder FYour National call center was rude and mismanaged my account several times starting with the timeframe then the size of the truck then the time I needed it for and last, but not least called and tried to scold me on my return when they had no idea I had already arranged a return time With the business. I got the truck from and then threatened me with excessive fees if I didn’t return it when she wanted. Needless to say I hung up and did not receive that when I went back to my business on the return time and date we established.
David VAdams tire made the drop off so simple
Frank KNot a very customer friendly location. I was overcharged and this was not dealt with by the person in charge. When you ask someone to call you on a specific day and time, maybe they should pick up the phone. I won't be back.
Jack HLoved working with the owner - he was extremely helpful and down to earth. He was put in a tight spot because the rental I reserved was never returned. He was able to provide another rental seamlessly and with no drama. The entire process went very smoothly and I would definitely rent through his location again.

Monte WI originally booked this with Housers auto center in Nottingham, PA for saturday 4/20 at 9am. Received a confirmation page which I printed and a text message. Upon arrival the business was closed, even though Uhaul allowed me to create the reservation for that place, day and time. At NO point did I receive a phone call from anyone from Uhaul or Housers explaining that my reservation could not be fulfulled on a saturday. I received another text message with a different phone number on it and I called it which happened to Adams Auto Center in Oxford. Adams was wonderful at helping me to solve the problem and acquire the Uhaul on Saturday. Apparently, my reservation had been switched to this Adams auto center but I was not informed in any way. Uhaul needs to update their data base with companies that aren't open on certain days. thank you

Geneva Cgive more advanced notice if a pick up location changes. My location pick up changed and I had to find an alternative way of getting to that location to pick up my rental. Also had to budget more miles so expense was more.
Donna KHe didn't listen when I said I wasn't driving 100 miles he still pit it as that, and put a hold on my account for more than 200. Now he processed it as I drove over 100 miles and charging me.. me seemed to be a con man!

Uhaul called me to let me know that the truck was missing. and... Today I get a receipt letting me know that the transaction is complete... no communication... no resolution... I am not happy!

Julie PFor the online Turn In using the app, it was easy to use. Great idea. But it should tell you to stay with the truck since you have to take a lot of pictures and you can not upload picture, can only take pictures. I locked it up and put in the back of the building. When I was ready to turn in the key in the drop box and using Turn In the app, I had to go back to truck to take pictures of mileage, the clean cab, the clean cargo area, and location parked. Liked how the app allowed for additional payment right then and there after-hours since I kept the truck longer.

Tom MThe people at the Oxford location were very nice and helpful. Originally I was supposed to get a trailer from a location in Delaware. The guy refused to give me the trailer. He said "it's not a safe tow" all the research and everyone I spoke with at U-Haul and the folks at the place that installed my trailer hitch said I could tow the trailer just fine and they were right. Everyone was very helpful and nice EXCEPT the guy at the Delaware location. If I could rate the location at 1001 Greenbank Rd in Wilmington, DE I would give him -1 star.

Lillian SI gave a No on the 2nd question because the trailer is showing signs of wear and tear. One of the wheel rims had rust on it, the wrap around the cab was tired and cracking, the door was harder to pull up and down than it should have been, and the tires were at the end of life. This is not a commentary on Adams Garage, because the trailer had supposedly been brought in only a few hours earlier, so it was still a serviceable trailer. They did their job making sure it was safe to pull behind my SUV. The person there was very helpful hooking up the trailer in the rain. I will be going there again this Friday, probably to get the same trailer, which is fine.
