The people at the Oxford location were very nice and helpful. Originally I was supposed to get a trailer from a location in Delaware. The guy refused to give me the trailer. He said "it's not a safe tow" all the research and everyone I spoke with at U-Haul and the folks at the place that installed my trailer hitch said I could tow the trailer just fine and they were right. Everyone was very helpful and nice EXCEPT the guy at the Delaware location. If I could rate the location at 1001 Greenbank Rd in Wilmington, DE I would give him -1 star.Nicholas W.

The original one i requested was not there. I was given a larger one. I was not happy that i had to drive it. I was very intimidated by it and to no fault of his own. I should have said no and looked elsewhere for something smallerDEBORAH C.

I gave a No on the 2nd question because the trailer is showing signs of wear and tear. One of the wheel rims had rust on it, the wrap around the cab was tired and cracking, the door was harder to pull up and down than it should have been, and the tires were at the end of life. This is not a commentary on Adams Garage, because the trailer had supposedly been brought in only a few hours earlier, so it was still a serviceable trailer. They did their job making sure it was safe to pull behind my SUV. The person there was very helpful hooking up the trailer in the rain. I will be going there again this Friday, probably to get the same trailer, which is fine.Paul W.

The location did not have the dollies or furniture pads I had reserved. It also took 30 mins to get the reservation corrected & on our way. They do not move with a sense of urgency to get you in and out.Kristen J.

Although this pick up location offered superior service, uhaul as a corporation let me down. Although you claimed to have emailed me, I did not find out until the day of my move you changed my pick up location AND it was an hour away!!!!! Customer service offers ZERO assistance in compensating me for my time by way of some discount. I am still so enraged I will definitely seek alternative transport needs for my next move. Additionally I will make sure to share my unpleasant experience with others in my circle. I STRESS THIS WAS NOT A FUNCTION OF THE QUALITY OF THIS DEALER AS THIS SPOT WAS EXCELLENT it's just that Ottawa's waaaaaaaaaay to far an inconvenient for meLouis M.

Scott Adams is the best! He made sure I got the truck I reserved when I was informed the day before that it wasn't going to be available, sorry. I made my reservation weeks in advance of my moving date and was upset to say the least. Scott had my truck at his facility that was returned early, he made sure the truck was mine, we did the paperwork and he gave me the key. Truck was perfect size, everything fit, no worries. He is a great guy and business man. Cannot praise him enough. Both people I spoke with at Go UHaul could have cared less about my reservation and one tried to give me a much smaller truck and to go get it in another state, it was too small, not working for a four hour move to make two trips. Poor customer service from both of them! You need more people like Scott Adams helping your customers,DEB C.

our reservation for a trailer was unavailable for the pick up we chose however the representative wasted no time at all finding us another pick up location near by. Even though we had a slight delay overall it was a great experience.Roxanna H.
Our experience with uhaul was terrible. We reserved ahead of time at a place 2 miles away. The day before picking it up, a uhaul place 13 miles away called to tell us it was ready. After much confusion they sent me to regional who said not all places have all sizes. Why would West Grove not tell me that? I never heard anything back from them. Regional office told me I could pick it up at Adams 8 miles away. When we got there, they didn't have a 20ft. Scott was kind enough to offer a 26ft at the same price, but my husband wasnt comfortable driving one that big. We were fortunate that someone happened to return a 20ft & Scott quickly pushed the paperwork thru so we could get on our way. Moving is a stressful time to begin with-the last thing we needed was to be running all over trying to figure out where the truck we rented . The whole uhaul experience was terrible -I would not use you again. You're undependable & unprofessional. Thankfully Scott was willing to go the extra mile & help us, but Uhaul, as a company did not. The location was perfect. But U-Haul reservation was HORRIBLE!!! Reserved in my area received a text the day before to pick up in another location about 20 miles further away. Was scheduled to pick up at 10 and wasn't able to get until 1130. Not happy. Called customer service and was supposed to get mileage credited for having to travel further but no one called me back. Not fair to have to pay extra mileageMelissa S.
