Improve your app. I spent 45 minutes trying to navigate. I gave up and drove to this location. Once there it took 15 minutes and I was on my way. Your app sucks.

Randy FDarlene is wonderful to deal with. Despite the heavy snow that day, she and a young gentleman (I forget his name- Cody maybe - about 6', curly hair, late teens or early twenties) were so willing to go out and hook the trailer up to my vehicle. The trailer was in about 8" of snow and they dragged it to a point where I had backed my vehicle up to! It is such a pleasure to encounter and deal with such nice people. My sincere thanks to that team! I think I just found my default U-Haul rental site in SW Michigan!
Michael TLocation also a retail store. Only 1 person on duty so had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked. The woman who helped me was efficient and friendly.

Beson RTruck wasn't ready because UHaul moved locations, but that location was already closed for the holidays and didn't know to prep the truck with pads ahead of time for mobile pickup. They also didn't have the number of pads requested. Luckily a person showed up early and was able to get us going, instead of waiting an hour for the place to open

Elizabeth SThe location has poor cell phone coverage for ATT and Verizon (my son and I both used ). This meant our 24_7 access and need to take pictures and upload was severely limited. It took 31 minutes to get the car because of the fits and starts of the app with poor coverage. The return took even longer as multiple photos were needed and when the system timed out, I had to start again. Perhaps get a wifi hotspot or don't offer 24_7 use when it's so hard

RICHARD PExcellent service and vehicle - the owner had the vehicle clean and waiting when I arrived and check-in was fast and efficient. Though there is construction on the road in front of the business, however, the location was easily accessible and I was informed before I left of the construction and an alternate route. JOHN TOne of your representatives at your Wyoming Michigan location was very rude when she called me about my pickup location when I asked her questions why it was changing she got extremely rude and hung up on my face
TEVIN DSystems not working so I couldn’t make reservation at the counter, 4G very unstable to do online and the attendant only allowed use of Wi-Fi after 50 min of tentative

CARLY JI made a reservation at a real uhaul agency,then I was routed to a different pick up location that turned out to be a head shop,party store and deli,I had to wait for people buying lottery tickets and Marijuana parifanailia and turkey,while trying to get my rental during my lunch break,not cool uhaul.
STEPHEN DPick up was not contactless. The owner had to come down and re-run everything. We requested a 20 foot and got a 26 foot.

Gregrobert HI went with the Mobile Pick Up direction. The internet was spotty which cause my check in and checkout experience terrible. My suggestion is that there should be a greater internet signal around the area so that people who go through the mobile pick direction would have a pleasant experience.
