Great place to rent a U-Haul nice and friendly services.

OSCAR MNo after hours drop off. Had to make 2 trips to drop off truck and trailer.

DINE SThe truck was absolutely filthy. There was dog hair everywhere in the cab. The windshield and windows had dog slobber everywhere so bad I had to clean it. The steering wheel was sticky and appeared like someone spilled coffee everywhere.
David BGas tank wasn’t full, was never told to fill it up. Was charged for gas. Paid for. 15 mile trip, only drove 7 and still had to pay more than the quoted price

Mark KI scheduled a pickup in Jerome Idaho and was told they did not have the right stock. I wanted to return the truck to the much closer location but was informed there was a $200 charge to do so. when I have to pay $1 / mile adding 40 mile round trip to get and return the truck is a bit of a slap in the face. I understand if the local location does not have the truck but why am I not allowed to return it to a closer location
Nathan PProblem was , I got a bill for over 2000.00$ because they said the trailer was returned by to Tennessee and It was still in my driveway at the time, in Idaho! Then 45 minutes later on the phone they determined that o still had the trailer?? It wasn't even due back for 4 more days. Stupid if you ask me and it's the 2nd time they did something like this within 1 year. One thing make a mistake, It's another to say, I have a outstanding balance of 2300 dollars.
William DCheck out process when picking up was super fast with no walk around and no signatures. That was a first. Truck was extremely dirty. I had to stop at a gas station on the way home to clean the windshield. The passenger side dash board was covered in some kind of old food product like a spilled milkshake maybe. The cupholders were full of jewelry beads and trash. Upon opening the back of the truck, once home, there was a bunch of leaves, mud and dirt plus a utility dolly that we didn’t even rent. It just looked to me like the truck hadn’t been cleaned or even checked since the previous user returned it. The truck did what I needed it to do so I just dealt with it. I informed the young man who was the cashier in the store but he just told me not to worry about it and he would take care of it.

Kyle SThe only issue I had with the truck was the Service Advance-Trac warning came on in the display. This caused the cruise control to disengage. I was traveling 2000 miles and it was very frustrating to have to manually press the gas pedal for that long of a drive. It would go back off after I stopped at a rest stop but would come on again after a short time. I could not figure out how to fix the issue. Maybe it was something that I was not doing right? The truck only had 22,000 miles on it so it must be a Ford issue. Other than that, the truck was fine. It had plenty of power and it was a comfortable ride. I need to make another trip next year and will need the same size 26' truck. Hopefully I wont have the same issue.

Suzie Ghave boxes on sight for purchase (wardrobe) tried several u haul sights they were not available. equipment was not clean when picked up.

Yip TThey are very kind here and this location is inside of an international state where there are wonderful hidden delights! I would highly recommend this location for the friendly staff alone, but the store itself is an added bonus. I thank you so much for my rental. You folks are wonderful!

Verland FOne of the tire hold down straps were broke. I had to buy tie-down straps to safely use this car hauling trailer. Not a big deal, but certainly an added expense.
Farrell CBetter gas milage,listing says a 26' truck gets 600 miles to a 60 gal.tank, IT GETS NO WERE NEAR THAT, TOPS IS 390 MILES TO A FULL TANK, "UHAUL LIES TO YOU ON THIS BE AWARE !! " ***** FALSE ADVRTISMENT ****** IT COST ME ALMOST $400 TO DRIVE 604 MILES AT 60 MPH WITH A 3/4 FULL TRUCK THAT HAD 5000 MILES ON IT.

Yip TTruck was REALLY misaligned, made my whole 1000 mile trip unsafe. Couldve replaced the tires, truck misfires on idle and i also got the check engine light midway to my destination.

jared eI was unimpressed with a mix-up that I had with the original order not being what I wanted and I had to go back and change it online before I picked up the rental and I think it messed everything up and I ended up being charged more than I feel I should have.
leo sTrailer had a multitude of issues. Lights/ wiring issues, registration on license plate showed it expired in 2021, turnbuckles on the front had not been maintained and didn't work properly, drivers side tire strap was extremely worn, etc.

Connie LI reserved a 10' truck because we didn't want a large truck and the 10 ft cost less and was more economical., it was clean however it had mechanical issues (a grinding noise in the front drivers side wheel) I immediately took the truck back to the location and informed them, they "accommodated" me with a larger truck, however even after reserving the cheaper 10' truck nearly 2 days in advance, I was charged the higher rate for the 15' truck and payed close to 25% more than what was expected on the online reserved vehicle. Everything else was clean, and nice except for the price gouge I received in my wallet because of a mechanical issue with the truck size we wanted. for this i ding 2 stars because I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay any extra considering that the vehicle I initially reserved was rented out with mechanical issues in an unsafe manner.

craig cHave a title and phone number attached so it is easy to connect and make sure we are dropping at right location and someone will be there to check in and get receipt. Again, kudos to Kendall in customer service for helping me navigate a pick up location change the day before. Your services would be so much better if people could rely on the reservation they make being more secure.
Lia JWindows were dirty and windshield and whole front end were covered in bugs. They changed my reservation type and didn’t listen to me when I was trying to tell them what the situation was. It was fixed by the Boise reservation office in the end and I appreciate that and them but wasn’t happy with the service at this location.
