This was by far the worst experience i have had with uhaul and i rent plenty of truck i the location was the worst the people there are very unprofessional . If and when i move again i will not be using uhaul

Recommend using Windex and paper towels to clean the inside of the glass windshield. Wiping with a rag left residue that caught sunlight glare. Otherwise unit was clean. Check in with Eli was friendly. Tie down bars inside the storage compartment were solid. My dolly and moving blankets weren't in the van storage compartment, so clicked that they weren't on the check in link. Then link said to go back inside for them, but by then I was already behind schedule. Side note - uhaul itself bumped my pick up location from around the corner location to one multiple miles away. But by that day of moving they got you. That should be clarified that the reservation isn't really a reservation, it's more like an invitation to reserve a van that might not be nearby.
