shayne fOverall the vehicle was cleaned but the inside of the storage area on the vehicle had an awful smell. Needs a thorough cleaning/disinfecting. Aside from that, a great experience though.

john hThe U-Haul was clean, but I think the motor was going out because we couldn’t do more than 55 mph without it rattling extremely bad and I didn’t even have a heavy load. And also did it with nothing in it as well with it being after hours, it was scary. Also not to do with this location, but the check-in process on the app was extremely frustrating.
