We didn't make an appointment but were lucky they had a cargo van we needed. The gentleman in the office was super nice, very informative and very accommodating. It was a pleasure renting from this facility and highly recommend.
MELINDA RAbsolutely don't rent...from anywhere else! He went out and turned on the AC, so the truck would be cooled down while we did the paperwork. Other "little things" that make for customer satisfaction. So very conscientious!!! Just great customer service!!!!!
