My reserved equipment was not available even though I received confirmation numerous times that it would be. Paul at this location was absolutely despicable and told me this wasn’t his problem. U Haul was unable to help me with this issue even though I had reserved this 3 weeks in advance. I would never use U Haul again.

gary wMr Larry was such a sweet and kind man. He had us driving out in no time. Very friendly and he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. This not against Mr Larry at all, when I was in Louisiana, I was exiting off the interstate. As I came upon the stop sign, the breaks didn’t want to stop. It was a scary moment. Thank the Lord I was able to make the turn. No other issues like that the rest of my trip. The truck needs to be checked out just in case something may be wrong.
