When I was due to return the vehicular it was late at night and the lot was in the back and not lit. I didn't feel safe returning it as I was alone. I'm a petite woman. Additionally because it was dark and rainy i wouldn't be able to take pics of the outside of the truck. For this reason, instead of returning it at midnight, I returned at sunrise the following morning. When I returned it since the shop want opened I was instructed to put the keys in the door slot. I was charged an extra day for returning it late even though no one else could rent it until the shop opened. I think charging me another full day is not very customer oriented.

The trucks are behind the lot, accessible from the neighboring parcel. There is no sign to inform renters that this is the case.

My furniture dolly, utility dolly, and furniture pads were unavailable. Though I paid for them. My key did not have a key tag and the truck was lost for 20 minutes. The pick up location manager was not at fault. He did an excellent job with communicating with me and trying to make sure I was getting my money worth.

The mobile pick and drop off process is highly buggy and it took them 33 minutes to review my pictures for drop off so they charged me an extra $20 for a late fee. I want my money back. It’s not my fault you guys took so long to review my pictures and update your records. I have screenshots of the $41.56 payment I was told I was submitting payment for and then it took you guys 33 minutes to review everything.

Went online to rent a one way truck and when I tried to return at my destination it was bought to attention and I could only return from where it was rented from. This cost me an extra 57 dollars. The money is not as important as the fact my helpers had somewhere to be so I sent them on their way. Returned truck pretty much leaving me stranded. I will use hertz or penske next time that's for sure.

The drop off was easy once I found it. I went 10 miles out of my way but that was my fault. I should have put in the zip code on my GPS. Anyway return was easy.

The code wouldn’t open the lockbox and then when I asked for assistance The key was not even in lockbox. There was also a hat left in the U-Haul from previous renter

There is a NO key “drop-box” for U-Haul. Very difficult to figure out where to drop your keys. This is actually car service and tire shop and they have a common after hour key drop box. But there is no mark/label if thats same for U-Haul. When i went drop off my u-haul, there was not a single U-Haul parked, so very difficult to find a proper spot to park my u-haul during night time.

I arrive and found that was a mistake in the drop off site. When I told the owner I chose this site because I live in Green Valley across the street , he said " I don't care if you live in the White House the drop off site is not here. You need to call corporate to change. " Then he walked away. This reflects very poorly on your organization. I plan to post this review on the on Yelp and Google search.

I used the App as I returned after this location had closed for the day and the app did not work on my android phone. I had to use an iPhone to submit the photos.

I ordered a truck at a location near my home when I arrived the clerk at the gas station was very rude. She didn’t offer any help . Once I went online I noticed that uhaul changed my appointment pick up location . A phone call would have been great because the txt message wasn’t clear. So I showed up at the location that I put in for … it was an inconvenience

Staff at location indicated pick up had to use app or website. No assistance was offered. Interior of van was dirty. Front contained fast food trash. Rear had dirt and grass.

Never let anyone use this facility. Claimed for 45 minutes they didn't have key because they “don’t work for Uhaul” finally when I was able to get through to Uhaul on the phone they called and the people at Admiral Tire magically ”found” the key in approximately 2 seconds. Wasted 45 minutes of my time because they were too lazy. Laziest and most rude people I think I’ve ever met at a business.

I was extremely frustrated I was double charged on my rental. It was more expensive than I thought it would have been. Also, I rented the same truck one week prior, but didn’t have to use it at all, but paid my fare. This time I paid double and couldn’t dispute it. I am not happy at all.

I was unhappy being charged double for having the truck back 1 hour after the stated limit for renting. 6 hours This is very misleading and in my opinion bad business. Traffic at the location for drop off was super busy due to an accident one mile away and we forced to sit in bumper to bumper traffic for more then 2 hours.

Unfortunately the vehicle I rented the air conditioning went out after 200 miles of a 1078 mile trip to Florida. The truck was clean but had large black ants there were all throughout the cab biting. I was hoping to be contacted by uhaul for some type of discount.

The check in process was handled by someone that was not trained on uhaul procedures so I had to use the mobile check in. The process was confusing and caused me to be unable to CHECK OUT correctly when I returned the truck. I was not notified the mileage was changed from 55 to 30 total miles since I was given a larger truck and my gas was not documented correctly. Causing me to pay additional.
