They had us wait 10 minutes before even addressing us in the room. I asked the cashier at the desk if the guy would be out soon, she said he was washing his hands, but offered to “go yell at him one more time to come out”. When he finally came out, he engaged in a personal conversation with another customer. When I asked if he was the one we’ve been waiting for to help us get our truck, he told me to I needed to be patient. This business is probably not capable of balancing auto mechanics AND Uhaul.
JASMINE LThe rental UHaul I received was no where near acceptable to drive from the moment I picked it up until the moment I dropped it off. I had to contact roadside assistance as the steering wheel was severely out of line which was determined by the service provider to be a nearly completely lose tire rod, which had it come apart would have resulted in completely losing steering and causing a major accident and severe threat to my safety. It was completely unacceptable to receive a rental in that condition.
AMANDA TThe address ups gives you for this location is all the way down the opposite end of kirkwood highway , don’t make the same mistake we did . We couldn’t find it after a long day of moving and had to call just for them to tell me they couldn’t change the location to somewhere closer. So I had to drive another 17 mins with a crying baby in the car just to drop it off.
