It was a little difficult to find because they don’t have a sign out there but I get it. It’s a small plaza and the vehicles are parked in the back but besides that Customer Service was great they took care of me quick I was out that door in less than five minutes. .

CESAR FI just wanted to let someone at corporate know that I could not have anticipated a better experience with this rental. The staff at PAKMAIL were phenomenal. The customer experience received far exceeded prior experiences that I have had with U-Haul corporate locations. The staff at this location are truly an asset for your company. They were professional, knowledgeable and very customer focused. It was an experience that is missing from so many consumer and retail services experienced today.

Ren CThe location was behind a shopping center and very secluded. It was dark and I felt unsafe. There was suspicious activity and homeless person living in a car that stays parked next to the rental trucks. The truck was dirty and reeked of urine. I would've recommend active going here. Definitely shouldn't go alone.

MICHAEL RThe parking area is poorly lit. The location is listed as safe, but it could prevent renters from staying away. The walk to the back door, key drop box, is a distance and in a poorly lit area. I hope that my comment will not discourage others. Bringing a buddy can assist till more lighting is put in place. The gentleman in the store was professional and helpful. We had the documentation for the rental completed under 20 minutes.

KYLE BThe easiest U-Haul pick up and drop off I have ever experienced. Went into Advance Hauling Pack Mail to pick up and sign paperwork. Store was clean and organized, the owner was friendly and the process went quick. I was in the truck and going down the road within 15 mins! From here on out- if I need a uhual- this is my for sure go to local spot!

WENDY SThe mobile process is horrible. Signal is very bad at that location and spent 30 minutes renting it out and another 20 returning. Asking for references and calling shouldn’t even be asked. Since call was not answered it was denied and had to give other numbers. Online it said it would be used in case I don’t return the van which is a lie. Pictures had to be uploaded several times because it would just go in circles. Had to also resubmit the same information already submitted when renting online. Total waist of time the whole process.

Susan REverything was good. The only thing is I did not receive a receipt for my rental. I’m still waiting for it.
ROLANDO HThe system showed I had already picked up the truck when I didn't. The help line had to cancel and resend my order. It was a huge mess that ended with me canceling my movers for that day and had to pay an extra $200. before the whole ordeal was over with.

yuri kHad a hard time picking up van on mobile app. When I returned they charged me for 6 gallons of gas to drive 20 miles. Will never use this location again and I use UhAul whenever I need to move things

Karl mI put in 1 gallon of gas before I returned the truck and then was charged for 2 more gallons. I only took the truck for 18 miles and I doubt I used 3 gallons of gas. Besides for that everything else was good.
Lynda SThis was a complete cluster. The code to get the key was not in the reservation when I used the app then when I called customer service to get the code the code for a box that either had the wrong keys or it was the wrong box because I got a truck that I did not order ! It was too small did not have the dolled I paid for nor did it have a ramp!
jesse poverall, very good experience just a very small cab for a six footer and the mirrors on the passenger side of the truck made it very difficult to really get good vision of traffic on that side
