Reserved truck online and entered necessary information.arrived at scheduled time and facility was closed, No mention in paperwork that no one would be there. Spent 50 minutes on phone with helpful service rep using two phones to redo all paperwork. Frustrating and time consuming especially with erratic screen jumps in system.
