They don't have enough trucks available at this location. Had one reserved and the person before us apparently didn't bring it back in time or they overbooked for the day. We weren't notified in anyway and the guy at this location didn't seem to know what was going on. Told us to call UHaul. Tried that and there was a 30 min wait to talk to someone when we were already running late because of the truck being unavailable. We had to pay more for a bigger unit. When the location setup a new reservation for us, he charged us for the insurance without asking. Then we were late coming back since we were an hour late heading out to pack up our house due to the issue. So we were not only charged another $40 for the truck, but another insurance fee that we didn't want to begin with. Definitely not going to be using UHaul again when we are ready to move into our new home in 2 weeks. Awful experience.LUKE B.
I was not told I would need to do a survey BEFORE turning the keys in. I took the survey in the return parking lot AFTER turning the keys in. As a result I could not take pictures of inside the van or get an accurate reading of the odometer. I took a guess because I glanced at it by chance 1x. I assumed the store where I rented it would note the mileage & perfect return condition of the van as well as the gas I put in to replace what I used.SUSAN R.

When I made the reservation, the pick-up location was "Apex Automotive". On moving day, when I go to pick up the truck, they tell me they "have not rented U-haul in more than a year and a half" and suggested I call 1-800-GO-U-HAUL. After spending more than 30 minutes on hold, the agent says my pick-up location is "Advance Hauling Pak Mail". I even did the online check-in with the location still showing "Apex Automotive", It would have been nice to know ahead of time the change in pick-up location. The entire process caused a 2+ hour delay, not to mention the increased stress of not knowing if I was going to be able to move.Mark S.
My reservation was for pick-up at "Apex Automotive". On moving day, when I go to the pick-up place, they tell me they have not rented U-haul for "more than a year and a half". When calling the 800 number and being on hold for more than 30 minutes, the agent tells me my reservation is at "Advance Hauling Pak Mail". It would have been nice to have know that my reservation was moved to a different pick-up place. All of this caused a 2+ hour delay in picking up my equipment, not to mention the stress of not knowing if I was gong to be be able to move.MARK S.

The initial mileage was incorrect on the contract at start. Actual mileage as photo documented and sent to Uhaul was 57698. Mileage on contact at start was incorrect at 57667. Actual mileage on return was 57707. I should have been charged for 9 miles. I was incorrectly billed for 40 miles . Uhaul owes me $30.69.ROBERT W.

I specifically declined the CDW coverage when I made my reservation. Get when I checked in online via my phone I saw that it was added back. My suggestion would be to not charge customers for items they do not wish to have.Hakeem B.
I didn't know the drop off was around in back of the building. I had a lot of trouble finding it from the road because I couldn't see the U-Haul trucks from the road. The store staff were very friendly and helpful.CHRIS R.
This was the original drop-off location, but when I picked up the truck, they change the location to some place in Boca Raton which was an additional 30+ miles. I called U-Haul and they provided me a closer location. When I called them, they don't me that they were no longer associated with U-Haul, so I had to find another location. I called the original location and said I could drop it off there. The next issue was finding the location. I used Goggle Map but could not find it. I lucked out that some guy say that I was lost in a mini-mall parking lot and helped me find the place. Parking the truck was painful. The gentleman who ran the place was very nice and helpful. Except for poor "signing" to find the location, the location and individual were good. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with U-Haul. I do want to commend the U-Haul site at Wilton Manor ... awesome!!! I would love to talk to somebody about my experience.Patrick C.

I was charged additional money after i dropped the truck off for fuel. Luckily i took pictures at pick up amd drop off. When i called this location, the man told me that the system did that and I would have to call customer service. After proving i was not weong and they were, they submitted a refund request. Hopefully inwill get the money back eventuallydennis B.
I was over charged for 2 days truck rental. My driver and I picked up the truck in the morning. My driver returned the truck on Saturday, February 6 at 5:52pm. I had emergency could not be at the site of returning truck, therefore I called the office on Monday morning and explained the reason Why I couldn't check the truck in on February 6 afternoon. I received the invoice with 3 days rental instead of 1 day. I disputed with the office , staff of the office said I have to call Uhaul to dispute. I spoke with Kalia, Uhaul â€˜s dispute office , she asked me she needed to speak with driver to verify the time and date of return the truck, she gave me this phone number 800-728-3638, option 2 for my driver to call. I still didn't get any call back or refund of over charged.JERRY M.

Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Or trained on online check-in. Asked for Id and credit card even after I told him I had already done it. Swipped and swipped that card like it was going out of style. To tell me it wasn't going thru and kept getting declined. Gave him another one and same shit. Till he finally called. Got to the moving location to find out the Dolly I had requested online wasn't in the truck. Went back, and he didn't have anymore just an appliance dolly that wasn't what I needed. Wasted at least 20 minutes checking in. And 30 minutes going back to his store for nothingeduardo F.
