The return location was just a drop off location and was closed when I returned my vehicle on Sunday. It could be because of the Memorial day weekend.

The drop off site was closed. It was with ease just to drop the keys off and truck.
FRANK ATips for future use Keys and lockbox are in the front of the property Truck is parked at the back which is a little walk Other than that process was self guiding, lock box can be a bit finicky to open
Gaurav CVery stressful experience. I was switched to this location because there were no trucks available at my preferred rental location. No one told me the location was unmanned and everything had to be done remotely. There was no one to contact. The remote process is needlessly complex. I didn't know I would have to download an app. The truck was parked behind the building not where the key was available. It took forever to figure out where the truck was. It took an hour to go through the process and figure it all out making me late for my pickup and keeping my labor waiting and causing extra labor cost. And don't get me started on having to read terms and conditions before you can complete the rental agreement. If you are going to do that make it a couple bullet points not the length of an congressional omnibus bill. Yes I got it done but I would have appreciated the heads up when I made the reservation (which was the only person I ever talked to!) what to expect and how long the nonsense would take. Five stars for the condition of the equipment. Zero stars for the process.
PAUL WAt least the second location had the truck but not the equipment requested
Jordan DThis place is a front for illegal business. It was 10am on a Friday and nobody was there the doors locked. 2 men in logo shirts with the name of the business were talking outside and didn’t know how to help us. We called the emergency number and a woman with an area code 6 hours away called us back and needed clearance to give us the code to the lock box. Needed to call her manager several times. It took over 45 minutes to get the code and only after I started crying. We obviously couldn’t get the pads or other equipment I rented. Truck was dirty and ran like shit.
