Location very hard to find as there is no sign for40040 on Grand River. Called the number and nobody answered. Ironically, this business is supposed to be 24/7. I was expecting the office to be open before 4PM on a Saturday. It was not clear that I would be dropping after hours. Drove around and eventually found a sign for 40040. Drove up to Ste 150. ALL of the parking spots in front said NO PARKING . What??? So parked in front of the overhead door near drop box. This location needs signs on Grand River, instructions where to park near key drop, and most importantly they need to answer the phone! What a joke a so-called 24/7 company that does not answer the phone! This place should not be in the business of renting U-Haul
GREGORY DThe return location was just a drop off location and was closed when I returned my vehicle on Sunday. It could be because of the Memorial day weekend.
NONDA HThe drop off site was closed. It was with ease just to drop the keys off and truck.
FRANK ATips for future use Keys and lockbox are in the front of the property Truck is parked at the back which is a little walk Other than that process was self guiding, lock box can be a bit finicky to open
