I needed Saturday pick up at a dealer closer to my home. Friday I got an email saying that I would need to go to another location for pick up. Phoned their number and was told to phone again when I arrived as they were not open on Saturday. Pick up went fine over phone, but trip was slightly delayed due to alternate pick up location.

This location is poorly marked. If I would not have seen the truck, I would not have known where it was. Also stood in parking lot with the guy to checkout truck, while he put everything on his phone. Thought it could have been handled better. Also information that was sent to my email I could not open because I did not have the app.

I did not receive a call the day before to review my order. The dolly and furniture sheets were not onsite and I had to go to a different location to get them even though I requested and ordered them. A pre call would have eliminated this issue.

Leave better instructions for the wordlock on the back of the truck. We could not get the lock off and had to call customer service and it was a very easy solution. The door wasn't pushed down all the way, so there was tension on the lock and it would not open. I spent 15 minutes messing with the lock before calling customer service and thankfully it was someone familiar with that location and lock and clearly it was a known issue because once I told her I could not open the lock, she immediately said "push the door down hard all the way and then try."

Luckily we were given a fairly new truck. The truck's bay had not been cleaned. We were given one pack of sealed moving blankets. The other six (6) were dirty and unfolded and spread dirt over the bed of the truck which I later had to sweep out. I do not recommend this location.

I was picking up a 10' truck on a day when the store front was closed. When we got to the location and called to get the combination for the lock on the back of the truck, the manger told me a combination that didn't work. Aparently the lock had been changed the night before without notifying him. He called back and got us the right combination but it delayed my moving schedule about 20 minutes. Once we had the right combination we did not have any other issues getting the lock off.

I rented a car hauler trailer and it was covered with oil. Looked like it was towed with a diesel truck, and had exhaust spray all over. I would have refused to use it if not for the fact that I didnt have time to get another one somewhere else. Also the location was not clearly marked as to which building was for the uhaul rental

Small operation. Owner was very helpful in attaching trailer to our vehicle. Communication process was great throughout as we had to slightly change our pick up and drop off times and owner was very accessible.

One of the mirrors on the truck was broken and unable to be adjusted. This is a safety hazard, though I understood clearly that I would be responsible in the event of an accident. That doesn't seem fair.

On line process did not let me do more than one day. I then had to backtrack until the option opened to plus hours and days and week. There is a process broke here.

I returned the truck after the location closed, leaving the key in the afterhours drop box. I was a little apprehensive because I've never returned a rental after hours. When the location opened the owner was very prompt to inspect the truck and send me a statement for the extra miles driven. Thank you!

I was told I had 243 miles yet you charge me for an additional 18 miles. I started off at 96133 and ended 96359 for a total of 226 miles. To make it worse, I had to drive an additional 32 miles to get the truck from the place I reserved it at in Washington Courthouse, OH and had to drive to Bainbridge OH. Now you want to charge me extra. I will NEVER, did I say NEVER use uhaul again. Your are unethical and unreliable. You should be paying me $100.00 for the inconvenience to pickl up the truck.
