Kyle MRepresentative was kind of short. She gave me the keys and basically told me to find the truck. Why not walk out with the customer. Show them exactly where their truck is? Truck ran rough and the total when I got to the store was much different than when I booked online. Not impressed by this location.
TREVIN SI put "no" because we could not get into the office. It was Saturday and the hours said they would be open. We wanted to return the truck during open hours because we had questions. We could not ask those questions (which caused us problems later) and that was frustrating. I understand that it was the Easter weekend, but we had no other choices for returning the truck during their open hours.

RANDAL PThe truck was falling apart, really rough ride. Suspension was shot, it struggled to shift when empty not on tow mode, the back slide door needs to be lubed or maintained, mirrors bounced until they pointed at the sky when on a dirt road. But it did the job at least and didn’t break down. Just needs to be maintained
COLE SBoth the employees and the management staff were incredibly caring and professional. I was in a bind and needed to switch out a trailer for a smaller one and they went over and beyond to ensure I was taken care of for both pick up and my future drop off. When I had a question about my rental, they handled it immediately. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you so much.
JENNIFER KThe cab of a vehicle was so dirty I couldn't find a place that I wanted to sit my cup that I was drinking water out of. The smell was so bad that after using it for a few hours I had to go home and take a shower just to get the smell off. Think old dip and cigarette bottle...
DAVID BI was charged double and the young lady said she fix the billing . So I was happy with that, the service was great too. We did leave our garage door opener in the rental did go up and get out the next day right when they opened!!!!

FAITH WWhen the website is having problems verifying the personal information that’s not the customer’s fault. It added almost an additional hour to my time and caused me to pay additional fees. This was very upsetting and I was given no reassurance as to if the technical difficulties would cut into my time or not.
Kaliyah CVan had a panel left behind from the previous renter in the box area. It was also a danger to drive there’s 1/2 of a steering wheel of play in the steering.

LUIS PEnsure the equipment is safe! The tires were bald in the middle; especially the rear tires. These tires could have blown out with weight, but the only tread was on sides to grip the road. Thank goodness it did not rain! And there was no window washer fluid.

NETTIE SWe picked up our truck before the store opened. The app review system took over 15 minutes to finally authorize and release our rental to us. Additionally, we ordered and paid for a dolly, which was not in the truck.

TEVIN HThe engine light was on from the moment I started it. It was the worst-driving I’ve ever driven! There was at least what I call six inches of “play” in the steering column, meaning the steering wheel would move 6” in either direction before taking effect! It was dangerous, and I was completely stressed out after driving in heavy traffic all the way to OKC! You can do better!!

shane hWhen I dropped off the vehicle it was rushed even though the store did not seem busy. I was told it would be around 30 minutes before my vehicle would be processed. I received a phone call about a piece of the vehicle being broken which I was not aware of because there was no issue (I selected SafeMove when getting the vehicle). I received a second call about fuel level which when I was in the store I acknowledged and agreed I would be charged a fuel charge if needed.

Dorothy CThis was my first time renting a uhaul. Good experience. I was told I could click on the same link that I used to inspect the vehicle befehand to do the same when I brought the vehicle back, but the link was expired. Unfortunately the place was closed when I was there to return the truck (no ones fault) but I was a bit confused, so I called the place to leave a message about the situation. No one has gotten back to me (which i hope means and probly means I did everything right), but I am happy with how the uhaul truck ran. It was clean and the timeliness of checking in was faster than I expected.
Joseph HBe less rude and be more helpful. Ensure your trucks are in working conditions. When someone calls for help don’t insist you can’t help when it’s a problem with one of YOUR trucks.

laquita dThey called us twice after we dropped off the vehicle and claimed we lost the keys. They were going to charge us a late fee. Then, they found the keys I had handed to an employee at the counter when I returned the truck.
Matthew GComputer systems were not working, made check in harder than it should have been. Employees were awesome, very professional and apologized for the computer system being down.
