AMBROSE OEnsure you have clean furniture pads in the truck as ordered in advance. I had to wait for the pads which had been used and were still covered with moving tape.

MARK SI dropped off the Uhaul truck after hours so I can can't really speak to the cleanliness or the staff but it won't let me leave it blank. Everything went smoothly though!
MARGARET GFirst place after two other locations failed to provide the contracted reservation. West way location on South Seneca did not have a fully operational truck so I was transferred to the one on West Kellogg ave. Went to pick up and their truck; would not start. Transferred to advanced packaging where I was finally able to get the reserved vehicle as promised. Wasted approximately two and a half hours.

STEPHANIE JThe female employee that helped us check in the 15’ truck was really helpful and honest work ethic. However, when i checked out/returned the truck i was improperly charged for fuel of $10.35 total when i was actually returned with same exact fuel i had on the day checked in!! Cindy the manager had helped me and verbally stated she returned the overcharged of $10.35 after i showed her the proof of the gas/fuel i had refilled for the truck!! Today, 11/17 Cindy around 10:15 stated due to her computer error she not able to print out the proof of she would returned the $10.35 money back to me. I am taking on her word and trust to wait to see the return money back in my bank account. Otherwise i will have to come back and talk to the manager again.
Tan NTruck was filthy. Passenger visor was broken and hanging down obscuring some vision for the driver and a lot for the passenger. Transmission sounded awful!

SWADESIA HThe U-Haul App for pick-up of vehicles is a complete failure. If it was not for the great service at Advanced Packing, I would not have had a U-Haul vehicle to use !!!!

JOE GWe were charged a $50 cleaning fee and we have photos of the exterior and interior and it was spotless in the inside. We will be disputing this arbitrary fee imposed. In fact the uhaul was dirty when we picked it up and we had to put something down to protect the mattress and we still returned it clean.
RODNEY FOverall, it was a good experience renting from there. However, I had troubles opening the back door of the truck due to rust. I had to use some WD-40 to get the door closed.

INDIA SThis location had my on-line reservation so check-in was easy and quick. I didn't need help connecting the trailer I was taking, but at least they offered it, unlike some locations. They did a quick but adequate safety check before letting me roll with the trailer, just as they should. Overall, a very efficient rental process.

TODD WTruck interior was dirty - never swept out after last rental. We had to clean. We reserved an appliance dolly weeks in advance which they did not have available - they wanted me to go somewhere else to get one. I never received a credit for the lesser priced dolly. I reserved 5 dozen blankets and they only gave me 5 packages which I did not know at the time was only half of the blankets so I had to go back. They did not have the basic mattress covers in stock and when I asked what is the difference with the higher priced one the girl at the desk stated they were the same. This was not true. Same was true for the plastic wrap - the desk girl had no idea of the limited products they sold. Very poor service. The truck had mechanical problems - received an ABS failure alert and also a Ford Advancetrac (or something similar) alert noting that a number of safety systems were not available and the truck needed to be serviced. Also, the cruise control did not work for the 550 mile trip. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this location.

WEI LThe price you advertise is misleading. It should say 19.95 + gas + miliage + insurance.
GEORGE BThe van was absolutely filthy. I don’t know what the previous customer hauled, but there was mud splattered everywhere inside the cargo area! Trash was all over the cab. Rubber gloves, masks, and a shop vac filter were all over the cargo area floor. I honestly don’t think this van has been cleaned in a long time.
