The staff at this location was absolutely second to none. There was employee training going on, and this business was run efficiently, kindly, and most importantly professionally. I've never seen a U-Haul location of this caliber in my life, truly. Send an award of some kind this direction, with no delay!

The fuel tank was nearly empty, and I felt apprehensive about driving. I filled up 10 gallons of gasoline for $20.86 but only drove 15 miles. I had booked a 15-foot truck, but when I arrived, there was a technical issue with it. The U-Haul manager came to assist me and provided a 17-foot truck instead. She mentioned that she would offer a $50 discount for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I am looking forward to hearing from the UHAUL manager.

NEIL WI had to call customer support to get the phone app to work properly. I was delayed 45 minutes. It was very frustrating. Unfortunately this is typical with my U-Haul experiences. HOWARD TThe U-Haul system was down so booking, paying, and returning the truck was challenging. Maintaining the U-Haul system so customers aren't in the predicament of getting a phone call and email stating we were in non-compliance of returning the truck is not customer friendly. I would use the location, however using U-Haul in general will be in question next time.
NEIL ROverall, a great experience. The truck was new new, only 3,000 mi on the odometer. It performed perfectly. Windshield needed cleaning at pickup.
MICHAEL RThe staff was friendly, but didn’t have the appliance dolly, and the truck had no loading ramp. I rented the truck to move a washer and dryer and full size refrigerator. Waste of time and money since we were not able to get the items moved.

RIAD SBoth items I requested nearly a month prior were not there. The trailer I requested was then cancelled at 2 other locations, and I had to pick up the truck elsewhere. It was a complete waste of time and money as I had to keep finding different locations to pick up the equipment farther and farther away. Do no use this place.

Arnold LI was really impressed with the service I received from the team at this location. I arrived on a Wednesday evening, right before closing and needed to rent a one way truck to Las Vegas. The gentleman who worked with me went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to rent the truck and add a driver. I left right at closing time with keys in hand. A great experience. I would highly recommend this location!
RAE-ANN BThis location is fine. You should be asking if I’ll ever rent a U-Haul again. Definitely not if I need off hours rental. Your remote checkin process sucks. It kept going back to make me take a picture of myself with no explanation why. Just horrible checkin experience Checkout at the location was great, someone met me as I pulled in and I was off in 30 seconds.

WILLIAM PSo convenient, thrilled to have this location. Only complaint is I couldn't check in using my phone because it was saying I wasn't at the correct location. When I pulled up where I need to be, it was in a secured access part of thr facility. They were able to check me in and out at the office but any after hours needs wouldn't have worked the GPS location needs to be updated to outside the fenced area.
TIA FThe 5X9 trailer did NOT have the motorcycle wheel chock as indicated in pictures. I even called to confirm before picking up the trailer that it had the chock feature, only to find out that the trailer did not have it. Please do a better job of representing the exact equipment that is being rented.

Thomas PI was 43 minutes late with my return and was charged a full extra day rental. I even called in to let U-Haul know I was running late. This is excessive charging in my opinion.
Robert DI DROPPED OF THE TRUCK THE NIGHT BEFORE. I BROUGHT THE KEYS TO THE STORE AT 09:00AM, THEY WERE NOT OPEN HOURS ON THE WINDOW OPEN AT 09:00AM. WHEN THE PERSON WHO OPENED WOULD NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT AND WAS VERY RUDE. HE TO ME HE WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF U-HAUL AN REFUSED TO CHECK ME IN. I ASKED AGAIN FOR A DROP OFF RECEIPT AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ONE AND ONCE AGAIN HE SAID HE WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF U-HAUL. YET HE WAITED ON OTHER PEOPLE AND REFUSED TO CHECK ME IN. I WILL NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO USE U-HAUL. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH U-HAUL.
