We were given a 5 X 8 trailer which must have been made pre-WWII; it was an embarrassment to us, and should be destroyed.
RICHARD IPlease contact me. I booked reservation for 8am Saturday, and that reservation was changed to 3:30pm at a different location further from where I needed to move in town. It was then moved to this dealer location a third time for 3:30pm even further away. I will need the $50 credit applied you advertised on your website because my reservation was not honored. Samantha PThis charge is incorrect. When I picked up the UHaul, it was nearly empty and upon completion and return of the U-Haul. The gas was refilled and left with more than during pick up. This gas charge needs to refunded to me immediately as this is not accurate.
James WI use U-Haul all the time. This was the worst experience that I've had. I took advantage of the free storage this time because I moved across country and I needed to store a few things outside of my apartment that I'm just moved into. They sent me all over the world from different storage unit to different storage unit. I had to go sign paperwork for the storage unit at a different storage unit and then go back to the storage unit and then unload my stuff. Staff would not let me change my drop off location to a more convenient area considering they just made me drive all over and waste more gas. After I left and drop the truck off I then got a call from somebody at the location that I dropped the truck off at and they said that I owed them an extra $175. I asked them to break down why I owe that and they seemed very unsure as to why. I think that that's something that they should know especially for that amount of money. I told them that I was aware of $80 being pulled out once I return the truck for having it for extra days. But 175 doesn't make sense even if you add tax. Just never again will I use you haul this is crazy.

Michael OAdvantage Self Storage was great. But we DID NOT get advance notification from u-Haul that our pick up location had moved. Was a bit crazy purchasing a hitch at one location then rushing to pick up location at last minute. We had driven 1200 miles by this point to get there. So five stars for Advantage Self storage, 2 stars for U-Haul logistics failing to issue a text message or email within 24 hours of pickup.

Michael BThe trailer worked very well. We had arranged with Kevin to return the trailer on Sunday night as the rental location is not near our home. The gate access code did not work on Sunday night so we had to drive 40 miles home and then 40 miles the next day to return the trailer. So a total of 120 extra miles. This was quite an inconvenience and expense. Matthias
matthias lMy complaint would be about dispatch from Cheyenne, I reserved a truck two months early and they called me the day before i fly out of Oregon and tell me there are no trucks available. Not even sorry. I later find out they have known the whole time that they did not have the truck or one coming in. I do appreciate the help from Denver U-Haul but it cost me 1000 dollars more than what i was quoted from Cheyenne. Not their fault.
Steve CThe young gentleman running the shop Saturday morning was very kind and helpful. He is a hard worker. A few of us showed up 30 minutes before the official opening time, but he unlocked the door and started helping us anyway. What a great way to start off an otherwise stressful moving day. Please give this guy some praise.
