I had to haul the car hauler clear back to Denver to save 250.00. if I left it in Missouri it would have cost me well over 500.00. Rediculous... And, no place to conveniently drop it upon return.BRUCE G.

Andrew was the guy that we checked out U-Haul in to. He was so awesome, he mad our U-Haul experience excellent, not only that but we also rented a storage unit from him. While we were moving our stuff out of the truck and into our new storage, he even went as far as giving my husband and I both a Redbull to drink, just as kind as can be super great to our children, engaged in great conversations. We were not told that the tow dolly strapping system for our car had to be checked and tightened every so often. The car had dents on both sides on the rocker panels. U-Haul insurance denied the claim. I'll never use U-Haul again.Troy S.

I will never use uhaul again, this time was fine. The time after I flew to Denver counting on my scheduled truck to drive my whole house to Texas and when I arrived there were no trucks within a 3 hr radius of me.CONNER R.

It would have been nice to be informed that we needed to download the Uhaul app in order to check in the truck after hours. We went off the text message link and it could not determine our location and move forward with the check in process.Jeremy G.

Samantha was great she fixed the normal U-Haul screw up. I never did receive a 24 hour call and had to check 2 other places to see where my equipment was. I have learned to expect poor service from the national officeKevin T.

I made my reservation for the Wadsworth bypass location and happened to drop in the day before pick-up to verify information and was then told I would need to go to the 52nd location to pick up the trailer. I was not notified that they did not have the wiring adapter that I ordered with my reservation at this location, but was told that I should've received a call regarding this. When I showed up, I was then sent to the Wadsworth bypass location to get the adapter. Once there, they tried to charge me again for the adapter which I paid for online. By the time I got the trailer, I was an hour behing schedule and my trip was then delayed. When trying to contact customer service to let them know about my experience and change my drop off location (since the trailer did not leave the state) I was put on hold for over 20 minutes several times and then disconnected. Finally, I got ahold of a lady who was extremely rude and disconnected me once again. When we decided to get rid of the trailer and dropped it off, the location on Jewell and Garrison, had one man on staff who was in over his head with customers and the building was over 90 degrees inside. This entire experience has been awful, from being inconvenienced several times BEFORE picking up the trailer, to being delayed, dealing with rude employees after long hold times and being disconnected countless times, struggling to get reservations changed, watching an understaffed location with bad conditions race around to help an impossible amount of customers, to being rudely told that I won't be seeing any money back since I'm not returning it to the same location I picked up from (this location is impossible to get in contact with and no one else can schedule for them). This experience has just been completely miserable has ruined U-Haul for us.Bethany D.

truck was not at the first location had to go to a second location and pick up the truck in Arvada. Pick up the truck it was clean had a couple spots that we took photos of but the cigarette smell was terrible in that truckKenneth K.
